I use this USB extension cable to extend the range of my laptop with is tethered to my camera when shooting indoor studio shots of my family. Also, this extension cord will extend the range of any two devices connected that use USB connectivity. What else can I say? Works GREAT !

Setting up an airport extreme in a good area of the office where we get maximum coverage requires moving it away from the printing room. This was impossible because maximum printer cable length is about 12 feet. Then a nice B&H salesman informed me that there was an extension cable with a booster which allowed me to move the wireless base station to an excellent location so all computers get the signal. This is only one big benefit having B&H a few blocks from my house.

Perfect extended rach for my Canon Pro-100 printer.. It works as advertised.. The only issue I had was it took 5 days to get here, when B&H said it would be 2 days.. Other than that I am very happy with the purchase

I like that the cable comes wrapped in a circle (and not folded/creased). Helps it lay flat better. Not too thick either! Other than that, it does what it should!

My new Lacie external DVD burner came with two USB cables in case it needed extra power. Mine did, but my Mac powerbook pro, 2.16 Ghz has only one port on each side and the Lacie cables are not long enough to reach. This product solved that issue. However, I still have a problem with the drive. Almost every other time I use it the computer defaults to the computers DVD burner, which has an optical problem. So I have to reset the Pram every time this happens in order for the computer to default to the Lacie. Shouldn’t be this way.

This cable is used to move the USB receiver of a wireless mouse close to the mouse. Makes the mouse work better. The cable works well for this application.

My workstation is cluttered with USB devices, from keyboard/mouse to MIDI controllers. I needed a way to connect a MIDI keyboard controller further away from my computer, so I purchased this extension cable. Has been working great, no problems at all.

I was a bit concerned that the long cord would lose signal, but that hasn’t been a problem. Have used for Zoom meetings where the camera needs to be a distance from the computer. Has worked flawlessly.
