The Pearstone USB 2.0 Type A Male to Type B Mini Male Cable (6′) is a premium quality USB cable that is fully compatible with USB 2.0 specifications, backward compatible with USB 1.1 devices, and supports error-free data transfer speeds up to 480 Mbps. It features a type A male connector on one end and a mini type B male on the other end.
Braided copper shielding and an aluminum foil wrap protects against electromagnetic and radio interference and ensures a clean signal transfer. The connectors are hot pluggable and install with Plug-and-Play ease. Additionally, this cable is RoHS compliant, UL rated and FCC certified.

I do not like the short cables, this one I purchased as it is 10′. So many after-market cables are 3 or less and makes using the cable difficult. I use this with my MP3/Zune to interface with my PCs/laptops to transfer various playlists. I also use this cable in my PriusV to use my MP3 or Zune music players. The PriusV has a USB port and I can connect many devices with this cable connected to my vehicle.

I use this cable to connect I Pad to my D700. The picture shows on the I Pad screen the instant of shutter release. The speed is just as expected. The 6 foot length is great when you want to just extend your reach away from the camera, to show a client, or to look at the product closeup and the screen at the same time.
