The USB 2.0 Type A Male to Micro Type B Male Cable from Pearstone is a premium quality 6′ (1.8 m) USB cable that is fully compatible with USB 2.0 specifications, backward compatible with USB 1.1 devices, and supports error-free data transfer speeds up to 480 Mbps. It features a type A male connector on one end and a micro type B male on the other end.

This is the cable my Android phone uses and it suffers a lot of abuse. The MicroB connector is not terribly well designed to handle abuse, so failures are frequent. I’ve had wires break inside the strain relief so the phone won’t charge and the shell bending until it snaps if the phone gets dropped. (The phone was fine but the cable wasn’t). MicroB is simply not as sturdy as MicroA, but the manufacturers wanted a flatter cable for those thinner devices… So the price is right and these are at least as sturdy as the cable that came with the phone. Buy 2 so you have a spare!

Can’t get better in price and performance. It’s not one of those cheap cables that goes bad after a few uses. The price is much cheaper than the ones they sell at other retail shops (which the quality is very poor). It get’s the job done. I bought a 2.1a dual USB wall adaptor they had on sale and it charges my phone and tablet at the same time in great speed. I bought (2) 3′ cables (2) 6′ cables and they work like wonder. Highly recommended.

I’m not sure what the issue was. But I ordered this product in order to have a longer cable to charge my phone. It would not make a solid connection and would charge, then stop, charge, then stop – every 2-3 seconds. I ended up returning it. B&H was very helpful with the return. Which is amazing, of course.

Fujifilm doesn’t include a cable with purchase and this is a perfect fit for this camera. I guess they figure you’ll use the WIFI for uploads but since i couldn’t sync mine I needed the cable.

I misplaced the data cable that came with WD My Passport for Mac (P/N: WDBBXV0010BBK-01) and needed a replacement cable. I knew it’s a micro type B cable so I purchased an Amazon Basics micro type B cable. To my surprise, however, the cable didn’t fit. So I was forced to buy another cable – this one. It’s such a good cable that I was able to retrieve the contents stored in the WD My Passport for Mac.
