This premium cable features two unidirectional paths that simultaneously transmit and receive data. needed short cable to provide access to the rear ports… these cables worked fine and there was no speed loss for the portable hard drives. Cables feel substantial, but the exposed female end gives it a cheap appearance a takes away one star.

Works well on our organization’s laptop. At the cables other end, has a Logitech HD webcam connected to it. laptop does not give an error message when using it. HD webcam is USB 2.0. USB hub is 3.0 on the laptop. No error messages when used.

Purchased to connect wall charger to USB input of a dual battery charger, so charger with batteries wouldn’t be dangling from wall. Works well for this purpose. Didn’t evaluate for quality of signal transfer. Very reasonable quality for its low price.

This cord replaces a USB 2.0 cable. I use this permanentely attched to the back of my tower for easy access. The USB in the front of the tower are difficult to locate and this is always handy for thumb drives or for connecting a large HD to run the monthly image back up.

I only have USB 3.0 ports on the back of my computer. I use this cable to extend the port to the front so I can connect USB 3.0 thumb drives to my computer. It’s a bit difficult to try to attach the thumb drive by reaching around to the back of the computer where you can’t see what you are doing. This makes it easy.
