The O-Ring rubber is a little big. By replacing It and carefully watching the Pelican Water video of the filter replacement process, the one I received is a bit large, comparing what I had and what is seen in the video.

The o ring did not fit, the filter was good. Had to use the old o ring. Maybe they should get there measurements better, for a better product.

The filter was exactly what I expected. The O-ring was the correct circumference. The diameter of the O-ring was a little larger and was difficult to put in groove even with silicone grease. I actually used a rubber mallet to get most in and then screwed filter case on. No leaks, so it worked.

I installed this system several years ago and replace the filters every 3 months. We are on a well and this filters out any contaminants and rust particles. They work great and besides having good well water it is so clear when you look into a glass of water.
