I bought this filter to treat a high Fluoride reading on my water test report. I didn’t want a lot of added chemicals etc. to resolve the problem and I also didn’t want the added task of maintaining the system and disposing of used chemicals monthly. Pelican filters appeared to be the answer. The installation was straight forward and so far the water has been improved. While I don’t have a new water test report to verify results yet we are enjoying cleaner, clearer water and are happy with our choice. I am thinking of adding the Pelican water softener but the water is so good I will probably wait and see wha the next test shows before going aheard.
