It’s good that it’s backed by a lifetime warranty which means I will never need to replace unless I do a total remodel project even then I might not replace it.

      On the one hand, this is a beautiful faucet & the customer service is excellent. On the other hand, the parts don’t last & the finish corrodes easily. I had this faucet in my old house across town in the bronze finish. The water began to corrode it within months. The same is true of the same faucet with stainless steel finish in the new house (which has whole-house water filtration). Still, the water corrodes the finish noticeably within months.The company has replaced these corroded parts in a timely manner & without question many times. I still love the faucet & will continue to use it a long as the company is willing to replace the corroded & warn parts!

      I purchased this faucet several years ago (maybe 10 years). The handle was getting a little loose so I wanted to order a new cartridge. I researched their website, found the part, and called to order. Customer service here at Pfister wanted to make sure I was ordering the right part, so asked me to send a picture of my faucet. I did, and they noticed that I had replaced the spray head (I did a couple of years ago). So they sent me a new cartridge AND a new spray head completely free-of-charge. I will never buy other brand of plumbing parts except Price Pfister. I also tell all my friends that they should too.

      I purchased the Marielle 1-Handle Kitchen Faucet in 2007. I love the way it looks and the height of the spout is perfect for filling large pots. I did have a problem with the soap dispenser but with a quick call to the customer service department a new one was sent to me free of charge. The sprayer works great and the hose is a perfect length. Best of all you cannot beat the price for such great style and quality.I would recommend this faucet 100%.
