I purchased the single control kitchen faucet with side spray and soap dispenser. The faucet works reasonably well. The soap dispenser works very well. The side spray has been problematic. it worked great for a few weeks then the pressure dropped significantly and more water comes out of the faucet than the spray. I filed a warranty problem and must say that I was very pleased with the customer service and response that I received. they sent me the parts required and instructions on how to install. The original parts were broken inside the faucet. After installing the new parts, the side sprayer worked as it should. However a few weeks later, same problem occurred. Water keeps coming out o f the faucet and very little comes out of the side sprayer. I think this is a design flaw. The sprayer requires the faucet to be turned on before any water can come out of the side sprayer. Pressing the button on the side sprayer is supposed to divert all the water to the side sprayer, but this does not work very well. Perhaps the sprayer should have a direct water supply that does not require the faucet to be turned on. Overall fairly happy with the faucet except for the side sprayer issue.

Bought a few years ago. Works fine. The spray sometimes stays on when you release the handle. The soap dispenser doesn’t dispense the best, but it’s easy to fill.

I bought one for my house 10 years ago. Product failed due to very hard water in my area after ten years. Pfister sent me a brand new one. No charge. Delivered to my house in 3 business days. Installed and live it still. Great product even better company and its support!

Bought this kitchen faucet about 10 years ago. Generally we have been happy with the product. The soap dispenser has quit working twice, but customer service has replaced it promptly and at no charge. Then we had a leak inside the column of the faucet, but customer service promptly took care of that also by sending us a new cartridge at no charge. It is a good looking faucet. We would buy Pfister products again.

It’s a good quality faucet at a reasonable price, and fit my 12″ 3-hole sink like few other options did. The side sprayer hose is stiff plastic. It works, but doesn’t extend easily.Other than that, I’m quite happy with it.

I bought this faucet when remodeling our kitchen in 2006 . We began having trouble with the soap dispenser right away. It was replaced but soon quit working. I have given up on it as it seems to clog quickly and quit working. I have had the sprayer more than once. Also, the diverter. Over all, with the wear and tear of 9 years of daily use, I am happy with the prompt service from the life time warranty.

I purchased this three piece faucet for my kitchen at least three years ago and have loved the look and ease of use. Unfortunately part of the interior of the soap pump broke this summer. When I called Pfister customer service to ask what to do, the agent stated that he’d be happy to send me the entire soap pump free of charge. I was so surprised and thankful. I’ll never purchase a product that is not Pfister!!
