Have problem with soap dispenser. Put in new tube (goes into soap tube) but soap pumps out onto the edge of the sink. Tried everything to fix. As well button design on top of tap has come off and afraid to stick back as I will not have access to tightening screw. Otherwise very pleased with facet.

I bought this a while back and I’m very happy with this. The side spray never worked good. It was also stuck. I received a replacement shortly after calling to complain. Also, after a couple of years, the soap dispenser wasn’t working either and I got a quick replacement in the mail.

Purchased the Pfister Marielle 34 in 2007. The faucet has looked and performed perfectly over the last 13 years. After 10 years I replaced the O-rings and the cartridge. The Spray water diverter has been replaced about every other year. The faucet will drip and appear the cartridge is the issue while the issue has always been the divert. You can physically see the “diverter vanes” are worn down. I don’t know why they wear down but replacing them every 2 years I consider it just routine maintenance.I have 50+ years as a homeowner and I am very happy with my faucet and Pfister as a company. I called Pfister customer service and they sent me 4 diverters free of any charge.
