I bought these in the bronze finish to match the rest of the house. I’m am currently on my third set in 5 years. The look awesome and work well when they work. When they don’t they don’t tho! I have the ability to change them out and rebuild myself(yes I have had parts shipped to me to repair as well). I have never had a problem getting parts or new taps from warranty. I’m in Canada so I have had a few days with no kitchen sink.I have their product throughout my house just issues with these taps. Might have a different style sent if this one goes. Crossing my fingers and hope for the best.

Bought this product about eight years ago. Recently noticed water was leaking. Tried with glue, did not work. Went to store from where it was bought to buy a new one but they did not have this model any more. One staff suggested to contact Pfister who might send me parts as their products come with life time warranty and I may not have to buy again. When I contacted with picture, they did send me parts. I contacted them again as I was not able to open the upper inner part. They wanted a vivid picture of the area and when they saw, they themselves told me that it was eroded and they would ship a complete new set which they did.

Installed mine 2010 LOVE IT!!! Would give it 5 STARS but it does have issues ):Chrome has held up nicely, water stream is smooth and function of the entire unit is smooth and perfect WHEN IT’s WORKING PROPERLY….1st off Price Pfister customer service has been nothing but excellent! 2nd my 3 other PP bathroom faucets (also 2010 and Chrome) are still in perfect condition!BUTI have changed MANY parts on the “Marielle” over the years. Pretty much annually. I do it myself w/ just a screw driver and adjustable wrench in about 10 minutes and PP sends me the parts for free. If you can’t be bothered doing so then look at another design. I wouldn’t give up on Price Pfister as my 3 bathroom faucets still look and work as brand new.Some of the common parts I have changed:Diverter; controls water to sprayer (wears out fast)Cartridge; controls handle function including drop at low pressure O Rings; inside the spout assembly, they loosen up every time i take the unit apart.Soap Pump Mechanism; dispenses the soapSoap Bottle; mine actually cracked at the threads in 2017. For me replacing these parts are super simple and I Love the look and function of this faucet, so I will keep replacing them until I decide to remodel or parts are no longer available. GOOD LUCK!

No great shakes here, although a top filling soap dispenser is an improvement over those “hiding” underneath. This was a replacement, and not as good. Reason? Not sure how to word this. Guess I’d say it’s shorter–that is to say the point where the water exits the pipe is closer to the sink bottom, making it difficult to fill tall soup kettles (or similar.) Wish I had bought a taller one. Also, if using with a dish washer, be sure to knock out the “plug.” WE forgot; what a mess! NOT a fault of the fixture; rather the fault of the FIXer.

Conflicted Review On the one hand, this is a beautiful faucet & the customer service is excellent. On the other hand, the parts don’t last. The company has replaced many parts in a timely manner & without question. I still love the faucet & will continue to use it a long as the company is willing to replace the corroded & warn parts!

I purchased this faucet several years ago, and simply love it. Works well. The finish is very nice, easy to keep clean. I have one concern. The hose to the sprayer is too rigid and very difficult to pull out. I wish I could replace it with a more flexible hose. This is the only thing that I am disappointed with.

My faucet is about 10 years old and looks like brand new. Who would of thunk it? This is my second Pfister faucet, I am loyal to this brand. (The first one lasted many years, but I kinda wanted a different look) My soap dispenser just quit working today so I called the company and they are sending me a new one!!!I am one happy girl!I brag on my Pfister for the quality customer service and the appearance. We have our Marielle kitchen Fawcett and spray arm for about 7 years, Simple but beautiful in design,It has performed perfectly until recently when the pressure diminished. Upon contacting Phister to ask possible reason for this problem. the customer service Rep told us that the water sediment had built up over the years and that she was sending me a complete replacement of the possible clogged parts.She was knowlegible and extremely helpful and all this with no charge!Thank you Phister.

Decided to call Pfister to see if they could help. With the lifetime warranty, they sent all new parts that were needed. While installing these parts, another part was corroded and needed to be replaced. No problem, they sent that too. I have practically a new faucet!
