This is a beautiful photo frame. Great for that special photo from a birthday to anniversary. With this clean black look you can use it anywhere. This frame can go from an 11″x 14″ without a mat or and 8″ x 10″ with a mat.

Gallery Solutions Wall Grabber Matted Picture Frame has a unique feature. The black wood frame features a nice double- matted opening that fits two 5″ x 7″ photos. The backing has little rotating flat metal fingers that slide into a groove in the back of the frame to hold everything in place. The difference is, the back of the frame includes a set of plastic ‘grabbers’ that also can be pushed into the frame groove. I have included photos so that you can see what they look like. You can, in theory, use the frame in portrait orientation or landscape orientation, you just need to move the grabbers. Because the grabbers are cut in a saw-tooth pattern to allow you to choose different widths between your two nails or screws, they are uncomfortable to manipulate, so I suggest using a rag or gloves to protect your hands. So you will have to use a template or measure carefully before you hang your pictures. I found the whole process a bit frustrating because I had a hard time getting the grabbers firmly in the groove.

I am always looking for well made frames after having many that have been poor quality. This 11×14 frame is one of the best I have had in a long time. To look at, it is simple but beautiful. It is very well made, sturdy and the added mat secures the picture perfectly. This frame is extremely easy to hang on the wall or to have as a decorative piece standing on a table. I really like the clean look of this frame. It looks solid, and the color is nice. It also doesn’t LOOK cheap! Installation was very easy, and it really brought my picture to a new level. The only issue I could see is that there were some “flaws” in the corners of the wooden frame part. Once hung, you can not see them, but I did notice them. Overall, A– for this!
