I bought this headset because of the many great reviews. Pro side is the audio quality is top notch – has great sound stage, balanced bass (a bit on the strong side but not overpowering) I enjoy listening music on it when I’m not on call. The connection is seamless between mobile and PC. The motion sensor to pause/ mute works extremely well. Design looks sleek and professional. ANC is good. The cons, mic performance is so-so, and the strange thing is when I record on Voice memo connected via bluetooth on my mobile I sound extremely soft in the playback, this also happens when I had voice chat on Line app, people complaint I’m almost inaudible. However all works fine during webex meeting when connected via BT600 on laptop. While the voice is crisp clear there is noticeable reverb as if the air knocks off the mic. Overall the voice just don’t feel as stable solid compares to wired headset. The earmuff is slightly bigger compares to other on-ear headsets so they’re supposed to seal your ears to block out some noise. The cushion is also very soft. It’s very comfortable ONLY if you sit in an aircond room or use it on colder days! Please consider changing the centre part to fabric as the full leather piece would heat up ears so quickly. It’s really hard to ignore the heat no matter how comfortable it is! Overall I find myself not using this headset as much because of the noticeable reverb effect and earmuffs heating up too quickly. Not value for money.

the headphones are on my ears 5 days a week for at least 5-11 hours a day they do show the sign of times on the leather parts but other then that they are still rock solid. Charging got reduced by 1/2 an hour in total and came down from 14 to 13 1/2 the sound is still crystal clear. and with all the software updates I was able to move from Skype to Teams without a problem. moving from windows 7 to windows 10 20H2 and functionality is still amazing.

This is the best headset I’ve ever had! It combines superb sound quality, comfort and very useful features like noise cancelling, mute button with blue/red light that allows you to quickly check if mute is on/off, and dial style volume control. Love it!

This is a GREAT headset. Paired with my new iPhone 7. The music audio is fantastic, along the lines of my favorite Bowers & Wilkins P5’s. Even without active noise cancelling, background noise is minimized. Great on aircraft. The telephone audio is just like the proven Voyager Legend. People think I am sitting in a sound studio. Operations and pairing is easy. The controls are relatively intuitive. Charging cradle looks goofy, but works well. Drop in. Easy. I love it!

I purchased this headset over a year and 1/2 ago. I reviewed it when I got it and I was in love with it then. Best in class. I bought it to use with a voice recognition software. He gave me 100% recognition. The fact it has crystal clear audio is a plus for me as I am hearing impaired. Also people told me previously they have a hard time understanding me on the phone. Since I started using this headset I’ve not had that problem. Many times am in noisy environments which would prohibit me from being able to listen to music let alone talk on the phone this headset has rectified all the situations for me. In addition it’s made me an incredible extraordinary speller because I can use it with my Dragon NaturallySpeaking and get hundred percent recognition.

I am facing battery issue with this model. It is hardly lasting for 1-2hrs, but the description says, full charge can come upto 10hrs.

People I talk to complain they have a hard time hearing me. I can’t find a feature to increase the microphone volume and there is no extension on the mic boom.

I am absolutely loving my headset, been using it for a couple of weeks now, everytime I use, I keep finding new features, I was using it only on my PC and mobile phone, I can keep listening to music, when i get a call on my mobile, it tells the caller name, lets me pick up the call and music automatically Pauses. I just realized I can connect it to my desk phone [works with bluetooth enable new phones]

This headset is the best ive ever had but the battery life is terrible on this. I cant even make it 7 hours for a full day without it saying low battery then just shutting off. Plus the range is maybe 10 to 12 ft from the hub which i feel thats not very far it starts to get static and wont work anything passed that.

This was a great headset and I was very happy with it until the plastic arm above the earpiece broke. I reached out to Plantronics and they will not take care of repairing it and say that it’s out of warranty. I have been reading through other online reviews and alot of people have mentioned this problem. It’s obvious that it is a common problem and it’s unfortunate the Plantronics will not step up to address it.

I have owned a Voyager Focus UC for more than a year now. I spend as much as 6 hours a day on the phone and this is the headset I prefer. Audio quality is outstanding, background noise doesn’t bleed into conversations and it’s extremely comfortable. With acting noise cancellation, there is little need for additional audio headsets. It’s not pricey compared to headsets of similar functionality and Plantronics quality means years of service from the headset.

I bought this for work about a month ago specifically because our office is going more to a Lync based conference bridge. I use this for everything from my VoIP phone to Lync, to my cell phone, and for music. Understanding that Bluetooth is not the best for providing high quality audio. It does a really good job of reproducing the music. The ability to pair with many devices and the 14 hour battery life make this a great headset. I know my coworkers have been ordering the same headset because of my recommendation! Great work Plantronics. You always seem to have have quality products

Best headphones I’ve ever purchased. Work from home frequently and have used a couple other brands in the past – nothing comes close to the quality of the plantronics voyager. My husband kept telling me to try plantronics. Now that I have, in sold! Won’t buy anything else.

First I am a fan of Plantronics and honestly have used others as well. Coming completely clean my Voyager Focus is my go to when in the home office (I use a 5200 when traveling – I travel about 70%). As a remote worker – this set brings great comfort, excellent sound and transmit quality. Ear pads make the long conference call comfortable and when the call ends my music is right there with me. People on the other side complement the clarity of my voice and consistency of transmission. Plantronics (Poly) two thumbs up. My only ask is for a similar design (mono) I can travel with – safely use in rental car etc. Chime in Plantronics team! Please do. I highly recommend adding this to every road warriors go bag! You’ll be happy you did!

This have been my first headphones with ANC. I was keen to test them so I went to a coffee shop and took skype calls from there. The people at the other side of the line didn’t hear most of the noice surrounding me but my clear voice, really good. What I was dessapointed with is that despite having ANC active, I hear most of my surroundings (people talking, cars, coffee machine, etc), so it doesn’t help to focus as advertised. The ANC is very good on the mic. It doesn’t isolate you from the noise arround you though.

The Voyager Focus is by far the best wireless headset it not only works with my work phone but with my cell phone as well, and the noise canceling is awesome! It works better than I ever expected. Get this headset, you wont be disappointed.
