Take calls and listen to music while wirelessly connected to your computer, Bluetooth-enabled desk phone, mobile phone, or tablet with the Voyager Focus UC Bluetooth Headset from Plantronics. With up to 12 hours of talk time and a roaming range up to 98′, the Voyager Focus boasts a DSP (digital sound processing)-enabled triple-mic boom and active noise cancellation, allowing you to concentrate on your calls and music.
The Voyager Focus headset features voice alerts that announce caller ID, connection status, and talk time, while a dynamic mute alert warns you if you try to talk while the headset is muted. With built-in smart sensors, the headset can detect when you take it off and automatically mute your call or pause your music. Optimized for use with Microsoft unified communications apps, this version of the Voyager Focus includes a magnetic charging stand and a USB Type-A Bluetooth adapter with a mute status indicator.

I am a longtime user and we are using the Poly Voyager Focus UC e in our company on daily bases for all of our users. There are normally 50-100 users in our open space offices. This device has an excellent sound and we may have it on for the whole working day. The bluetooth range is limited up to 10 meters max, which does not restrict the users. Let me add something about the Active Noise Cancellation feature of the headset. It does not only save you in busy offices, but may as well may help you out on trip. Just turn on the headset with active ANC and enjoy the silence.

I have had the Voyager Focus for about 6 months, they have been incredible to use every day and fit every need a person would want in a set of wireless headphones for work or leisure. Unfortunately the only problem with them is how they hang when you charge them it tends to weaken and put a lot of strain to a particular section right above the neck that holds the microphone which has caused mine to snap twice. Either make them a bit thicker or add some sort of pressure reliever to the hanging charging system to prevent the set from breaking. But as far as the quality of sound and feel of the set… It is top notch!

I have been using this since it was released and I just love it!

First of all, I have 2 of them and both are complete garbage. They do NOT work properly with Skype and mute off whenever they pleased. I wish I never bought this junk

Works very well, voice clarity is very important to me and this headset performs better than other headsets that I have used.

This headset is very comfortable. It was easy to setup, and the audio has been very clear for conference calls.

This headset is the most comfortable headset that I have had yet. The bluetooth connection is easy to setup. The volume control and auto-sensing options work great.

Criteria: Bluetooth, Good quality stereo music via cell or PC; clear phone calls using cell phone. The headset delivers: Stereo music better presence and clarity than my HIFI system until a phone call comes in. Answers the phone when you put on the headset. Tells you battery and connection status. Almost impervious to outside noise, your conversation is like you are in a soundproof booth, according to other end of call. A bit tight on the ears which you don’t notice when you are listening or talking. Sometimes difficult to get it to switch between PC and cell phone, may be something I don’t know how to set up yet. Meets my needs. B&H service was excellent, delivery came a day earlier than promised.

Great headset. Super comfortable and Bluetooth distance is pretty amazing. I can walk a full floor upstairs and across the house with no change in sound quality. A bit pricey but worth it.

I have had a Voyager Focus IC now for about a year, and it’s the best headset investment (and there have been many) that I have EVER made. It sounds great, it feel good, even after wearing it all day. It’s practical and useable alone or in a crowd. I love it!!

Best headset yet, I’ve had many, Legend, Edge and Blue Parrot. This one is comfortable, excellent sound quality and like the charging station.

I have been using this for about a month. It works great except for the microphone part. It is supposed to filter out noise around me when talking on a call. I used it many times at a coffee shop and the people on the call could still hear my background noise. I had to mute/unmute every single time to talk which in my opinion defeats the purpose

It works great, switching seamlessly between BT sources, mobile phone and PC/skype. The audio quality is good. The bow adjustment is a bit limited for people with a small head. The noise cancelling is not that good. It works a bit, but voices around you sound like they are on speaker phone and noises aren’t dampened a lot.

I bought this specifically to take Skype calls, but I really like it for use with my cell phone as well. The sound is rich and full. It’s also nice to be able to cut down on background office noise and it is a very comfortable headset. My only criticisms are that my android phone doesn’t like to release control to the dongle and vice-versa. Also, the styling is very conservative almost a little dated: I wish they offered that nice white + tan leather color combination that they use on the Backbeat Sense.

The headset is very comfortable and the sound quality is good. However, you can’t walk far from the USB connection. I can’t even make it into the next room without losing reception. Also, I find the voice alerting me to on and off mute very distracting.

One of the good bluetooth headset, I recommened to my friends almost 5 of them brought it and everybody satisfy with this. Only problem is setting up bluetooth with Windows phone, there is no help or guide for that.

This is my sixth medium-high-end wireless headset. This is the first one I’ve been happy with. I’ve had it for about a month now, and it’s becoming my favorite accessory, second only to my Pixel XL. I’m wearing it constantly, work, driving, gaming at home, and it is always comfortable with crystal clear audio. This is a purchase you will be sure to be happy with.

Noise cancelling is great, clarity is great, comfort is great, battery life is great – have used them for 8 hours straight without a charge (use it for work). I have a wired, over-ear gaming headset at home that doesn’t have the sound this thing has, AND it’s less comfortable! I now take this headset home on weekends to watch movies and YouTube stuff. Unbelievable sound. The “Mute on” and “Mute off” notifications are annoying, but hardly as loud as some reviewers have made them out to be. I’ve also had them for over a year, dropped them a couple times, etc. and they’re still going strong. Headsets are ALL made of metal and plastic, so if you step on them or whatever, they will all break, but these are no worse than any other. Also love that the mic folds either way. Easy to install, easy to use. Great product.

This has really changed my life. Here are my run down. PROS – Awesome noise canceling feature – they really did a good job here. – Block out sound in the room. Great for small spaces with other employees – Long battery life – Good sound quality for calls (not great for music – bass gets distorted) – Reliable build quality – Customizable digital settings – Adjustable tension (Just stretch apart to loosen) – Looks good when using out of the office – good deign – Keeps you active able to walk away from – Plantronics stands behind their products – Good customer support CONS – Bluetooth connection gets “clicks” during conversations every so often – Can get hot over the ears but that’s the trade off for over-the-ear design that blocks out noise in the room so you can “focus”. – Bass is distorted with bass heavy music – don’t plan on using as your replacement for a good pair of headphones. – Pricy (but was with it in the end

Pretty good for a wireless headset, but I wish there was a USB-C adapter (even if it was something I had to buy separately) so I didn’t need an converter to plug it in to a modern laptop (which all seem to be moving to USB-C).
