With up to 12 hours of talk time and a roaming range up to 98′, the Voyager Focus boasts a DSP (digital sound processing)-enabled triple-mic boom and active noise cancellation, allowing you to concentrate on your calls and music.
The Voyager Focus headset features voice alerts that announce caller ID, connection status, and talk time, while a dynamic mute alert warns you if you try to talk while the headset is muted. With built-in smart sensors, the headset can detect when you take it off and automatically mute your call or pause your music. Optimized for use with Microsoft unified communications apps, this version of the Voyager Focus includes a magnetic charging stand and a USB Type-A Bluetooth adapter with a mute status indicator.

I bought this headset with high expectations, let me keep it short as not to go on a rant, its garbage it worked well for about 3 months, I dropped it one time and it caught the corner of my desk and it literally cracked in 3 places. Like old plastic thats been in the sun too long it shattered. Buy something else

I’ve been using this headset for about four months now. I fell in love with it on day one. Starting day two, I began taking it home with me from the office and bringing it back the next morning. The Voyager Focus UC’s ability to switch automatically between my office phone, cell phone, and computer, enhances my productivity more than I could have imagined. It just works. It is seamless. The battery life is truly robust. Furthermore, the audio quality of the headphones and the microphone are the finest I have encountered in a work-oriented headset. My much loved Office Runner now sits idly on my desk. That said, the Office Runner’s range far exceeds that of the Voyager, and there are many times when I could use the extra range. The delta in range, however, is a function of Bluetooth’s limitations and Plantronics cannot be faulted for this. The engineers behind this product truly strove for perfection and nearly achieved it.

I am a Plantronics Headset user for years.. Edge, Legend.. needed something for my Cisco UC… something that would last (battery wise)… spent the money,, sometime you get what pay for… WOW!!! Outstanding headset, a cadillac for sure. Comfort all day, noise cancelling works great..dual ear and still can hear outside..(safety), seemless between cell and PC, plays my music GOOD, not great… but hey this still rocks and I don’t need to go deaf!! LOL!! Can’t take them off.. makes works conf calls top notch,, can hear EVERYTHING on the other side of the call, LOL wouldn’t wait, you need this..

What I love most about this product is that it works seamlessly between my mobile phone and PC. I can be on my computer working but when I receive a phone call, it switches to my mobile phone automatically and then back again. Also, it is very lightweight and comfortable to wear. It is a delight and I would recommend it highly to anyone who needs to be on a computer and their mobile phone constantly throughout the day.

I bought this headset a year ago after trying a number of other ones. It is without a doubt the most versatile fully featured and perfect headset I have ever owned. I use it to run my home-based e-commerce business and can take calls while doing yard work, cooking lunch, shopping, working around the house, etc. The two-way noise cancelling works extremely well so everyone thinks I am working in a quiet office, while when I drive around town and listen to music and podcasts and take the odd call, I don’t hear background noise. The design of these headphones means that hair gets caught in them constantly when taking them off. Do the designers not think of these things or are they all bald? Apart from this hugely disappointing design fault they are great headphones in every other way.

What is really impressive about this headset is that you can have it connected to multiple devices like computer and phone at once. I also love the volume controls and ANC. Overall, I think it’s definitely worth the investment. I can’t go back to any other headset after using this one. Hi, I am not able to see the headset (B825-M) as a bluetooth device in android mobile. It is working fine with Windows mobile. Am I missing anything?

You can turn off some of the settings, but the verbal notification “MUTE ON” that occurs every time I mute during a Teams meeting is obnoxious and cannot be turned off. I do not need to be informed verbally that I simply pressed a button. Noise canceling could be improved.

Disappointed with the Windows functionality This device in theory is Windows certified, however the functionalities and integration with windows apps is not as expected. The mute/unmute button doesn’t work with the windows apps. Whit Android apps works really well. Therefore is a little bit ironic that a Windows certified device doesn’t work with windows apps like Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Moreover using the device with other Bluetooth devices connected to the PC (Windows), you will face a lot of interference noises.

This headset is very comfortable, has excellent battery life, and works with competent software from Poly if you choose to download it. I use the included Bluetooth adapter on my PC along with 2 other Bluetooth adapters for wireless mice so I can switch hands when needed and I’ve experienced no Bluetooth interference. This is an excellent value and I love being able to pace around on phone calls during work.
