Have a mute and answer call button is comfortable for any PC meeting and call. The microphone works perfect, the noise filtration is excellent in a busy environment. What I see can be improved is the ears pads, if taking a long meeting (1+ hour) became uncomfortable.

The headset is very lightweight and surprisingly comfortable. The audio quality is great. The ear cushions feel a little cheap and I can’t recommend this headset for a noisy environment but in a quiet home office it’s perfect for soft phone and conferencing applications. The on cable buttons are great. Easy muting with audible alert, volume adjustment and call end.

The headband adjusts nicely for fit though both the band and foam are a bit thin for long-term use. The microphone sounded fairly clear on both calls and recordings without too much blowout. I would recommend it for short video calls but nothing beyond an hour or so. Sound quality is decent.

So far this headset have exceeded my expectations, all in one headset. I have enjoyed the plug/play capabilities with mac pc and mobile phone, for me is extremely versatile. I been taking phone calls with my phone (using an adapter usb to usb-c) and the calls are extremely clear on my end but the ear phone part could be a bit louder, also video calls work great on mobile phone. I have also use it with my computer and it works well when connected to it, I can listen to music and have the ability to answer video calls and regulars calls with my computer. Listening to music is not the greatest but is good enough. The in-line remote could use some tactile markings for easier use. Since I haven’t experience ear fatigue this headset it’s extremely light. The headset adapts to just about any environment if you don’t mind the cable.

The headset has a great sound quality for conference calls and the mic comes through clear. I wish the ear pads were a higher quality foam or maybe something coated as wearing the headset for long periods can be uncomfortable. The in-line controls are responsive and the buttons have a nice tactile click when pressed. The tone it plays when you mute/unmute the mic is hard to miss. Overall I think the headset is great for its price point

The 3200 Blackwire 3200 Series blew me by surprise after plugging it in. I did not expect the quality of sound coming from this tiny, fragile-looking headset. First off, packaging. When I got the headset, the packaging was very easy to open which is always a plus. Very plain box, but it’s not all about what’s on the outside, it’s the inside is what matters most. Right away you can see how tiny this headset is, making it very portable and with this extremely lightweight USB headset, all you need to do was plug it in and start using it. Microphone quality wasn’t the greatest, but it does its job. It kinda has the sound of an airplane pilot. Would I use it for my professional voice over jobs? Not really. But it works well for every day use. Comfort is something it could use work on. But you might be able to tell right away that there isn’t much support systems like cushions over the head or giant ear cups like how other Poly headsets/headphones have. That being said, my head started to hurt after a few hours of using these and my ears were aching a little bit too. Could use some more soft cushions here and there. Functionalities were nice, but expected from any headset nowadays. There’s a quick mute button, volume up and down, and call/hang up button on the convenient shortcut panel attached to the microphone. Sound!!!! Like I said before, the sound on this headset was what really got my attention. Playing really heavy bass songs, the Blackwire 3200 Series PACKS a LOT of bass. Treble was also really good. I could listen to music on this headset for a while, but unfortunately as mentioned before, comfort isn’t this headset’s strongpoint. Overall, this is a decent headset to get, but there are a lot better headsets from Poly you can definitely go for.

It is solid headset with great performance. Loud and clear sound in clear voice pickup by microphone. The headset is lightweight and comfortable. Cable is sufficiently long to use with desktop under the desk and control unit at the right spot, convenient to use. Foam pads on earpads are comfortable. Solid workhorse!

The Blackwire 3200 Series headset combines durability as well as functionality to create product focused on a specific audience, providing what you have come to expect from Poly. Initially, On first impression the headset is so light weight you will be surprised by the sound quality as well as the comfort even after extended use. The easy to use mid-line control is straight forward, it is so easy to use you begin to use it without looking as I am sure Poly intended. We have all needed to mute ourselves or the ambient noise quickly. It would have gotten that last star if there was a way to collapse them for travel, but you can’t have everything in every product. The Blackwire 3200 Series headset is great if you on on calls periodically or all day long, you enjoy great call clarity, noise filtration, and a cord long enough you can stretch your legs without worrying if you are going to pull the plug on your call. Lastly, enjoy listening to your favorite anthems with the BW3200.
