This was a great purchase, recommended by a friend who uses it for work. It works great for my job as I work from home. This has given me mobility without frustrating headset cords.

Brought a couple of weeks ago, held out till a MS Teams device was available to replace my 5200 UC I’ve had for 4yrs. The base stand is really handy as is battery life as it was a main draw card feature of my 5200 and it extended battery case. Bluetoothing direct (no more dongle) to laptop when working remote is massive as I often left my USB dongle at work in the hub.

comfortable for all day use. Battery lasts most of the busy demanding work week and charges quickly once it does die. Long range bluetooth

I used to have Jabra Evolve 75, Although it wasn’t Team edition but it does pretty good job without using a manual mute button on the headset, all you have to do is move the mic to the top. Also, these do not fit good on my head. Not a worthy choice for me.

It’s a great headset with range but the slider piece where you adjust the fit broke. The design is poor and made with cheap plastic.

I loved these headphones as the sound is good generally very comfortable for long headphone sessions. only complaint is the left headphone died a year out of the box with no solution to fix. Great product while it works but lacks durability over time.

The company I work for purchased the 4220 UC – USB A for me to work from home. The sound is good and picks up your voice well while blocking unwanted noise. It is comfortable enough for long phone calls, but I can’t wear them all day without hurting my ears. The worst issue is it constantly disconnects from my phone between calls. I will go to pick up a call using the headset, it won’t answer. By the time the call goes to voicemail, the headset will say “Phone 1 disconnected”. It is connected to a Samsung S10.

Feels like I have my head in a vice. I’ve had this unit for 2 or 3 days The weight of the headset also pushes down on the top of my head. These are by far my least comfortable headphones. I’m looking forward to not using them as soon as their replacements arrive. For reference, my hat size is 7.
