If I turn off the PC or the headset, it can to take 2+ hours to get good connectivity with the USB device so the sound quality isnt terrible lo-fi. Its a frustrating device. I would not recommend it. My Bose Quiet Comfort’s are so much easier and better quality. This headset is provided by my employer, which is the only reason I am using them.

I had a few long flights coming up so wanted some NC headphones to use on the flights and on the computer. These headsets are the best option out there for the mobile professional who needs UC functions for Skype and bluetooth for mobile and tablets. I’ve had these for a couple of months now and they continue to impress. The NC function is great, really drowns out the noise from anything from flights to loud office mates. The bluebooth syncs perfectly to my IPhone and IPad and works like the charm. Battery life is great too and it recharges very quickly. The entire package is well thought out. The 3.5mm audio cable had a 90 degree bend because the jack in the airplane is usually on the side of the armrest. I found that to just be excellent product design and really taking into consideration all aspects of usage. These headsets are also comfortable and professional looking, suitable for office use without drawing attention. These can compete with Bose or Beats any day and win for the business warrior. Now just make the box more eye catching.

Great sound quality. Pretty comfortable. They do warm my ears up a bit, if on for a long duration. Where these fall short is the Active noise cancellation. While it does a decent job with background noise, like HVAC systems, it is really poor at cancelling out voices of other people in nearby cubicles. If you are listening to music, you can turn it up to drown them out, but that is not really good for you. It would be nice if they could add a feature to the app that would allow you to tune the noise cancellation, to do a better job based on your setting.

My old wired headset broke recently, and I decided to replace it with these. My typical workday is spent on 4-6 hours of VoIP calls from home, or traveling by plane. These headphones have been great for both. Overall, the quality is great. The headphones feel really well made, and everything works as expected. Working from Home: – The headphones easily connected to both my iPhone and my Macbook via the USB dongle. The range is fantastic. I can leave my computer while on a call, walk to the other side of the house to get a cup of coffee, and not have any degradation of the sound. -The battery lasts a long time. I’ve had these about a month, use them every day, and haven’t had the battery run out once. -The active noise cancellation works great on its own, eliminating traffic noise from outside and other minor background sounds. When combined with low volume music, my daughter can be playing right next to me and I can’t hear her at all. Likewise, the mics seem to do a good job of not transmitting background noise. – The sound quality on calls is great in both directions. One of my clients gets really annoyed at bad phone connections, and he thinks that I sound great on these. Likewise, I can hear people I’m speaking to really well. I wasn’t sure how well these would work without the boom mic, and I’ve been really happy. Airplane Use: – The headphones turn to make them pack flatter in a briefcase, which is nice. – The active noise cancellation does a nice job on its own of muffling the sound of the engines. When paired with some music, I can’t hear anything else. The flight attendant on my last flight was trying to ask me what I wanted to drink, and he had to tap my arm to get my attention, as I couldn’t hear him at all. – The headphones charge with a standard micro USB connector, so you don’t need to carry another weird charging cable with you. My only complaints about these so far are: 1) For the price, I would have liked a hard case rather than the carrying bag that these came with. The bag is fine for at home use, but I’m concerned that they might get damaged when traveling with them. 2) While the headphones can be paired with two devices at once, they sometimes get confused if both are active. For example, when on a VoIP call from my laptop, the sound occasionally cuts out as the headphones try and switch to my iPhone. Before starting a VoIP call, I go into the Bluetooth settings on my phone and disconnect the headphones. Likewise, if I use the headphones to make a call from my iPhone, I take the dongle out of my laptop. Not a big deal, but would be better if the headphones realized one device was active, and didn’t try and find the other at the same time. Overall, I highly recommend these. They’re expensive, but have been worth the money so far.

I work in a company where these are distributed to us. We have to use them via bluetooth so I’ll only be speaking of the functions in that regard. It’s moderately difficult to hear customers but doable. The max volume on these really should be louder. As far as the microphone goes, my customers ALWAYS have trouble hearing me. I have to borderline yell for them to be able to hear me clearly. one good thing is that they’re really comfortable. That’s about it.

I have now tried B&W and Sennheisser’s competing products and as far as range and bluetooth streaming consistency this one has the best range over bluetooth. Using the USB adapter for the computer is a different story. The connection is spotty even after trying different USB ports on different computers. In theory, having it connected to USB adapter as well as phone at the same time is useful but when you think about all the notifications on the computer as well as the phone that are constantly coming in, the constant toggling between devices cause an interrupted experience. As far as sound quality, I think it is amazing. And comfort is great too. It’s a little heavier than others but for the price, I am willing to deal with that. It truly is the best bang for your buck. Here are some things to consider: – Headphones turn but do not collapse. If you need a compact storage headphone, this is not it. – You can completely have the headphones and NC turned off and still use it as a wired headphone. Standard 3.5 on both ends is nice to have. Actually has amazing bass and power as wired headphone. Probably better choice for flights. – Battery doesn’t seem to last 20+ hours. Even after a full drain and charge, it reports less than 20 hrs through the app. – Features and Controls when connected to bluetooth are spotty and inconsistent. Track forward and play and pause button just stop working if you go out of range and then back into range. You have to unlock phone and even when you hit play it takes about 5 seconds for the headphone to even respond. Doesn’t seem to like locked Pixel phone and can’t initiate action from headphone until you unlock and ensure it is reconnected. – Microphones and voice pickup during call is amazing. Without a boom mic people can hear just what I am saying and not background noise of co-workers. This is the greatest feature especially if you are like me and listen to music between inbound customer calls. – Controls could be more like Backbeat Fit for a cleaner and more consistent UX. It is amazing that $50 BB Fit headphones have a better control UX and consistency. Google Assitant button could have been built into call button like the BB Fit. Not sure why it is on the play button. – Biggest shocker. The volume dial on the left ear squeaks. And you can hear any action or input on the wheel. Not a big deal when your music is louder but they could have just had the left ear have an up and down volume button instead. It would have been more intuitive. – Noise cancelling isn’t mind blowing but it’s good enough since the cups and music do a good job of also drowning out sound. – Open mic, mute button is a great alternative to pausing your music. Took me a while to get used to this but now I am more comfortable with it. Overall, for the money, it’s good. Not the perfect product. Good news is, they can easily do another firmware upgrade and fix much of these problems. If you are comparing to the backbeat pro or pro 2. This has better call features to close to the same price or even less on sale. Not sure why you would even buy the non-professional version when they are so similar.

I’ve tried to like these, but they are worthless. BT fails all the time mid-call, you HAVE to use the dongle for wireless. There is no ANC, regardless of high or low setting, BT or wire. With wire, they are rather quiet even with full power (which is a aLOT) a dedicated headphone amplifier that I use with my hifi-headphones. For music with BT and wire they are passable, if the room is quiet.

I used to have Jabra Evolve 75, Although it wasn’t Team edition but it does pretty good job without using a manual mute button on the headset, all you have to do is move the mic to the top. Also, these do not fit good on my head. Not a worthy choice for me.

I bought this couple of weeks back to be used at work however I am having a tough time to get this work with my Mac. Other headsets work well but this does not, I get strong static and rustling noise when connected and have trouble with conferencing apps like Zoom additionally audio breaks with almost all of the videos in you tube. The firmware is up to date and performed factory reset several times with no luck.

I bought this headset a few weeks ago. It’s very comfortable, I love the dual earpiece feature and has great noise cancelling. I stood at the mailbox in a full wind and the person I called could still hear me with no issues. I chose this headset mostly for the dual earpiece and its ability to connect to two bluetooth devices simultaneously. I love that I can make wifi business calls on my laptop and instantly switch to my cell phone if I need to. It’s worth every penny.

This is my first wireless headset that I have used so I wasnt sure about what to expect however I can confidently say that I am very satisfied with this product. The set is stupidly easy and it worked well with both my laptop and cell phone. After about an hour of charge I had close to 11 hours of talk time, which the headset reminds you of charge time every time you turn it on so you wont worry about a dead battery suddenly stopping your enjoyment. My only gripe with the headset is I wish that there was an option to remove the mic arm when you dont intend to talk but you can just place it upwards.

The Voyager 4200 UC is a Bluetooth headset that has some great sound from lows to highs. I do notice that music with heavy distortion or edm with alot of tracks in it seems to.muddy up the sounds some. The headset band is durable similarly to the headset band on their gaming RIG lime of headphones. I have a concern I regards to the swivels or pivots next to the earphones as these tend to be a typical breaking point on most other headsets. This concern has not been verified to happen on the headset I received. The headset does suffer lag outside of calling and music. So if you plan to use this for any gaming, it is best you hit up the RIG line. I tested the mic and the people I called knew I was on a Bluetooth. The setup is easy as pie. Sound: 4 out of 5 Bluetooth: 3 out of 5 Durability: 5 out of 5 The Bluetooth could have been better if they used o e of the newer Dolby codecs. Sound seems attributed to the response time on the speakers from expansion to retraction of the cone.

If your primary usage is for phone calls, get it. However, my foam pads wore out and are tearing after a few years and there is an outdated microUSB charging port.

I wanted to use these for a week or so to really get a feel for them before I reviewed. The overall fit feel and finish is impressive. Hefty w out being bulky or heavy. Sturdy aluminum, Leather and memory foam abound. The appearance is attractive and modern. Mine are a dark slate or black. Right out of the box they were charged, and synced effortlessly w my phone, and with the addition of the dongle, my computer also. The functionality is very simple and intuitive, easy to pick up right away, and I am not a tech nut either. The active noise canceling comes in two levels. On high you get monastic like silence that really allows you to tune out any distractions and focus on tasks at hand. The lower setting is still impressive but allows for more of the outside in for a less isolating experience. I mainly got these to enable to take and receive crystal clear voice calls. They accomplish this task very well. I can hear calls fantastically irregardless if the other party is on a poor connection or has me on a speaker phone. My voice comes across load and strong always. I pitch multi million dollar projects and do a lot of phone work. Call clarity and isolation was important and these accomplish that in an outstanding way. As far as streaming music etc, that is not really my thing, but they do sound impressive in that regard. Overall, I am very pleased as these accomplished everything I required. They are simple and intuitive to operate and come in at less than half the price of some of the more pricier competitors. I would highly recommend.

Have been using these for a week. They are OUTSTANDING .. extremely comfortable for hours at a time, great sound, excellent audio pickup, excellent features. I replaced a competitive pair with these and what a great decision it was. I did receive these as a demo, however my review has absolutely nothing to do with that (I have access to a lot of audio etc equipment). These headphones sound great (music is pretty good although a little light on the high side but still very passable for music on a plane, etc, and call audio is fantastic), no boom is so great and the microphones are excellent pickup and rejection of outside noise, pairing is simple, the audio prompts are excellent, call control is great, wireless connectivity to the BT dongle is instantaneous and clear, with great range for walking around. I used these also while walking in the street in manhattan and they were excellent for a conf. call for both me and the other participants. Note they do not screen out close & clear voices with their noise reduction .. would be great but does not happen at the moment. Noise reduction for office level constant noise is excellent. Cannot say enough how comfortable I find them (average size person).

This headset is perfect for gaming on the PC; and for enjoying streaming services from your laptop. I’ve been utilizing it for the games I play on Steam and I no longer am bothering my family with my gaming volume. The mic boom works well and everyone on my online gaming group had no trouble hearing me. The battery life is unreal as well – it holds a charge for a long time. As far as using it for my iPhone XR, it answers calls perfectly and my music has never sounded better! I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a very versatile headset for an out of this world audio experience!

I have been using this headset for a few months at this point, and I can say that in almost any situation, they fail to disappoint. It has an excellent array of features that don’t take long at all to understand. The sound quality is phenomenal, and the noise canceling makes it easy to stay focused. The most surprising feature I found was the seemingly endless battery life, I took a cross-country road trip and used the headset to listen to audio the entire time I was in the car (roughly 13 hours per day), even then I would only have to charge the headset at the end of every other day, this was running constant audio over Bluetooth connection, and having the second tier of ANC active. The headset also proved to be incredibly comfortable after long periods of wearing it, the only downside I have found thus far is that it can feel a little heavy after long-term usage. Although the price can make you do a double-take at first, I believe it is worth every penny due to the sleek and professional performance it provides.

This product is everything that I was hoping it would be except the volume through the headphones was lower than what I was expecting. I had to download a file from the internet in order to adjust the dB of my sound output so that the sound would be as loud as I wanted it to be. Hence, the 4 stars. Other than that, they are headphones!

In general i can say: i really like this headset! I use it for 3 weeks now in an open space office.Usually I use it for half a day. As you can read in other reviews, the ANC does not mute all surrounding noise. But compared to other ANC headphones the ANC function is on the highest level. By muting muffled background noise it supports me to remain more relaxed. I don’t need to concentrate as much as before to what has been said. Listening to music is really good too. It’s a smart headset with really good features. Room for improvement: – The lowest volume is not quiet enough. Please PLANTRONICS improve this by a software update! – Connection to PC / Laptop by bluetooth without Plantronics bluetooth adapter would be great. IIf you forget the special plantronics bluetooth Apadter on another PC, you can still use the headset. Please PLANTRONICS improve this by a software update! – The two ANC levels are useless. Only on and off is useful. But that’s no problem. – On hot days or after long wearing, the synthetic leather earpads are not the most comfortable. There is room for material improvement. – The ring for volume control is very simple, wobbly and difficult to operate. But it works.

I would of given this product a 5 out of 5 if it wasn’t for the price (expensive), the “standard” mic quality, and the packaging. Other then that the battery life on the bluetooth headphones are sure to last you through a good session of listen to music or even playing video games. A feature that I just can get enough of in this is the fact that not only does the headset glow colors, so does the USB. Which to me, it very cool and will really catch the eye of anyone around me.
