Communicate and collaborate with co-workers without missing a call with the Savi 7220 Office Wireless Stereo DECT Headset System for Desk Phones from Plantronics. Using wireless DECT technology, you can connect the Savi 7220 to your desk phone and roam throughout your office while taking calls from up to 400′ away. The headset is compatible with hundreds of desk phones from prominent manufacturers, such as Avaya, Cisco, and more.
The Savi 7220 Office is a stereo headset that goes over your head and includes two on-ear cushioned leatherette drivers. With both ears covered, you can block out the distracting noise of a busy office, letting you be more present for important clients and co-workers. The base that’s included will charge your headset, giving you up to 12 hours of talk time on a single charge. When on a call, the flexible boom mic provides noise-cancellation technology to help you be heard clearly on the other end. When finished with a call, you can conveniently swivel the boom so it’s out of the way.

Two days ago i recived this headset. My old CS 510 could not be saved, so this is my replacement. This review is based upon comparison against the CS 510, so here we go. The sound quality is superb, simple as that, and it works fine together with my Avaya phone. (Uses a special cable between phone and headset base) But there are some flaws: The headset feels lumpy, and between calls i tend to have my headset around my neck and that feels strange compaired with my old headset. The foam piece that sits against the ear feels very warm, and i remove the headset as soon as possible after a long talk. When i place the headset in the base, i tend to grip where you adjust the headband witch changes the adjustment of the headband.

Best product in its class. Love the DECT feature and the noise block works!

Ive been using this headset for a couple months. The sound quality is good and other people have told me on multiple occasions my audio and noise cancelling is great. I never have an issue with the range of the headset or battery life. The headset does get uncomfortable after each call. My ears get hot and it feels like a lot of pressure is put on them. I would also prefer the ability for it to be ability to answer and hang up calls with a button on the headset which you cannot do without buying and additional cord. Also the volume control on the headset only allows you to increase and decrease the volume a small amount. I find myself having to reach over to my polycom desk phone to change the volume beyond what the headset buttons allow on a regular basis.
