We’re a busy office and use computers all the time, many times while on the phone, so being hands free is important. It’s so helpful for me to be able to tap the button and use the phone while the handset is still on the hook! I don’t have the handset lying on my desk getting in the way. The only suggestion is to have a more user-friendly guide to setting it up for the first time.

Our office has the Avaya Phones system. I had purchased the Plantronics Voyager Legend CS headset. I was unable to make the headset work without the APV-66 which was needed for the headset to recognize that the phone was picked up for a call. It was an easy install on the Plantonics headset base, and the headphone are now working perfectly.
