I found it disappointment the lifter was not sold with the headset. Seems like a package deal. Upset to know we had to order a second item after ordering the earpiece/headset.

I purchase the headset and didn’t like lifting my receiver for every call. With the handset device, I just push the button on the headset and the receiver lifts automatically. Very simple set up.

I love my Plantronics headset. Clear sound and voice. Long range to be able to go in the basement. I used my old lifter for over 5 years with no problem, then the gears to lift the handset must have worn out. I ordered a new one, but the plug into the base of the handset is straight. The prior one was a 90 degree so it allowed the base to sit flat on the counter. Now my base has a plug sticking out the bottom into a cord hole in the counter. There is not a work-around for it either.
