no where does it tell you what additional cord you need to connect to a Cisco 7945.

It looks good, but did not work on my landline phone

Reduces back ground noise great. Note to everyone this does require an MX10 or the USB adapter to use. If you still have alot of back ground noise you will want to turn down the gain control in the MX10 and/or computer if you have it connected to you computer. If you keep this in mine it will work great for you. I have been using Plantations heads in call centers for years and this is the best analog on so far.

I work in a call centre and use headsets 12 hours a day. This headset is extremely uncomfortable, it squeezes my ears to the point where I have to take them off after a couple of hours of use, and they’re continually pulling my glasses up causing headaches because of blurred vision.

I just bought this headset to plug into my desk phone but it does not fit. I see no advertisement or recommendations on the website for a cable that can help connect my phone to the website. Very disappointed in this product.

My company provides HW520V headsets in our call center. Cubicles sit 3 feet away from each other side-by-side and 5 feet in front/behind so having clients hear background noise/talking through the mic when talking on the phone is a real big issue. So I go and purchase this HW720 based on YouTube review because of noise-canceling Mic and the results are exactly like the HW520V. Both have the exact same low quality features. Clients hear all background noise, at same level, no difference. Though HW720 is worse sealing up the ear from own local background noise/talk. Both headsets you can hear people from 20 feet away (no barriers) talking and actually make out what they are saying, awful and embarrassing for self and client on other end of the line.

I work for a call center and the headset they provided just wasn’t cutting it, so I purchased the EncorePro 700 Series. This is the most comfortable headset I’ve ever owned. I can wear it all day with no discomfort at all. The sound quality is superb, as is the audio. If you’re looking for comfort AND quality, do yourself a favor a buy these!
