Thank you for this type of phone I really enjoy the free hand sets. The other phone which is same but was a CT12 I like to it was a little smaller sad to see it discontinue I can not find the phone any where. I’am just hoping this one does not discontinue. I really like the phone easy to handle. Thanks again….

This product has worked very well for my land line phone, with having conference calls and working from home. Great recommendation from my B&H expert – with excellent call quality and audio.

I bought my headset phone from you a few years back. I love it! Recently I needed a new battery. I purchased it from you, online, and got it quickly. Not expensive, and I can use my phone again. Thanks!

I’m about to order my 3rd phone. I love it while it works, and get about 3 years of minimal, everyday use before I start having connection problems. The features are all great and work great, and then just stop, but always after at least 3 years of fantastic use.

The CT14 has been THE phone I use for my work at home and personal calls for the past 14 years. No other phone will do. Great range, functionality, ease of use, and dependability. I’ve no intention of switching to another phone. And no, I don’t want a wireless device attached to my head or ear, which is another reason I like this phone so much.

the best headset ever. Had this one and previous version for approx. 10 years now. I’ve had this one a few years.

I have used this and prior models for years due to neck issues. This model works like the others but I recently have had issues with the connection unrelated to the battery. Perhaps it is a short like others have reported. Otherwise it is a fantastic product. The cord on the headset could be made to be less likely to wrap around the headset when answering.

Sounds great and works as intended. Goes a great distance for phone easy hands-free conversations.

I have went thru 6 of these in last 10years. When they work, they are a good product, but unreliable when it comes to durability

Bought this to replace an aging headset that plugged into a cordless phone. Background static was terrible, small number pad was cumbersome to use. Phone book has limited numeral capacity so programming in conference call and pass code was a no go.

Have been using the CT14 for years. Love it. But as more and more of my calls are SKYPE, LYNC, etc. I have had to add a RJ11 to USB adapter (e.g. Skypekey, Yealink USB-B2K). Would be very nice if they offered a model like the CT14 but with a base station that had both a phone and a USB connection.

The part of the battery that was supposed to plug into the phone didn’t fit. It was too big. I had to trim down both sides of it with a knife before I could get it plugged into the back of the phone.

I work from home and I do a lot of talking on the phone and typing simultaneously so a quality hands free phone is key. I used to use and old Raidoshack model that was just getting worn out. I upgraded to the Plantronics CT14 and wish I had done it sooner! I also have a toddler that likes to run around being loud (usually when I’m on the phone of course) but I can always hear the person on the other end of a call with the help of the volume that seems to exceed what you’d probably need if you have good hearing. The headset is light and comfy and the phone its self is simple and compact. I was surprised on how small of a footprint it actually takes up on my desk. I would for sure recommend this to someone who has to have their hands free while making calls.

I have had this phone for awhile. Battery didn’t last as long as the first cordless I had.

I work from home and am on conference calls most days. My cordless handset with headset would die after 2 hrs. This little phone goes all day. The headset comfort I’d give 4 stars, I haven’t used the ear only headset as I prefer the over the head one. There is a very small amount of static on the line, but that may be due to interference in my home/office. Overall, I am very please with this product and it came at a reasonable price. I could not find anything to compare with it when I was shopping for this kind of phone.

This is my 4th or 5th purchase of the same set. The keyboard and headset are totally potable and allow people who like to “wander” to be productive. Lately only refurbished models have been available. I wish that Plantronics would update this model with Bluetooth and more comfortable headphones.

I bought the CT14 a few years ago. In the last 6-8 months, had problems with the connection between the headset and phone. I saw several complaints on the forum with the same problem. I am purchasing a a replacement today. But, I spoke with tech support to ask if Plantronics had remedied the problem with the phone and he said there were no reports of this problem on the forum. I just reviewed the forum again today and saw 3 reviews with this issue. Please Plantronics, fix this problem. I don’t want to have to continually replace this phone due this issue. Thank you.
