I bought the battery a month ago- the customer service agent was helpful, polite, and delivery was speedy.

I have had my set for about three years. I absolutely love it, but the cord became unstable—I had to hold it in a certain position after the three years to get transmission; people could hear me, but I was unable to hear them. The warranty is only for one year. I recommend with reservations; if one knows the product will require replacement in a few years time, it’s fabulous.

I’ve been using this product for approx 4 years and have found it to be the most comfortable light-weight headset w/superior sound quality. The range is unbelievable. The base is small enough to fit in your pocket; I didn’t have much luck w/the belt clip. The keypad is very easy to use w/a comfortable feel. I know it’s very durable because I’ve dropped it many times.

Just started working from home and love this phone. Have been on a 230 minute conference call (whew) but the battery is still full. Great range from the base, excellent audio quality, very compact. Only wish the phonebook was a little easier to use and three way calling was available. Highly recommend it!

Originally purchased a DECT cordless headset from my cordless phone manufacturer that worked with my existing base, but that headset was not comfortable despite them including 6 different attachments to hold it on your ear/head. Enter Plantronics, who have always made comfortable headsets, and this one is no exception. It fits my wife’s and my head equally well (we have very different head sizes and shapes), sounds fine (a little tinny, but that’s just being nit-picky), and has plenty of range. It’s also nice to have the playing-card-sized base with you when using it so you can see who is beeping in on you with Call Waiting during your call. Battery life seems excellent as well; both in stand-by and during calls. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Original headset eventually experienced broken wire. Replacement headset identical to original. Works fine.

Love almost everything about this phone. Comfortable, good sound quality and insane battery life. But, get this. You can’t use the phone to set up a 3 way call. On the cheapest of phones, you can call one person, “flash” the call, then call another person, “flash” the call again and be set up for 3 way calling. It’s almost impossible to believe that this phone, from one of the most successful and experienced phone companies in the world, can’t do this simple function. Oh well, time to look for alternatives.

The clarity of this headset is amazing. I can now hear everything during a conference call, rather than just bits and pieces. Note that this headset is for a “regular” telephone; not VoIP.

have had its predecessor, the CT12 for 11 years and thought that was pretty good, but this CT14 is a whole step up excellent clarity and works better with alternative headsets. also better range.

I purchased this product and followed the installation instructions and charge d the unit over 24 hours but the unit never came on. I spoke with the Technical Dept. and a replacement was sent and the new replacement never worked either. At this point I returned both units top Plantronics for a refund. Unfortunately this particular unit did not work for me.

In 20 years I have bought 2 of these phones for my home. They are so easy to use and just make life easier when trying to get things done around the house and have a conversation.

I needed the headset feature, but I am not happy with the very small number pads for dialing. Otherwise a good product, but I wouldn’t purchase it again.

Both my spouse and I work from home extensively. I gave up on speaker phone usage for many reasons (annoying to others and confidentiality) as well as the traditional oversized wireless handsets. I wanted a solution that was small and a solid performer. I live on this phone unit! I have my phonebook entries for routinely called numbers and the battery time is impressive. I did replace the headset for one that is a “behind the neck” style. There are some advance features which could be added but for the money this is a solid performer.

I am working from home this tax season with turbotax and I will be on the phone troubleshooting customers returns etc. I work from home 4-12:30. I only need to put the phone on the charger for my 15 min breaks the battery time is superb! The manual says it works for up to 10 hours and it does. So dont be weary if you are on the phone for hours the battery is reslly good! The dialpad is so small easy to clip onto pants, pj’s lol! You wont be disappointed with this product.

I’ve had this for several weeks now in my home office. It is working very well. I spend quite a bit of time on conference calls and the sound is very clear and others have no problem hearing me. It sits right next to a desk top, a laptop, two monitors and the cable modem and I have no issues with interference.

I have had this for several years and its the best thing. I do have cel phones etc but the portability of that dial pad with the excellent battery life and the solid range that does better than those other ip (wifi) or Bluetooth headsets. I have an RJ11 connection with an Ooma. This unit is solid. Only reason I was out here was to check Plantronics still made these. Only suggestion I have is when they do get around to updating this is please keep the same concept. RJ11 in with a decent dial pad and good earphones. Maybe a water/shock resistant model with a touch pad.

So I was weary of placing an order from this site, especially after researching the price and all others We’re at minimal $$more than B&H, I took the risk and ordered it, the Shipping was faster than I have ever experienced, the price was just plain wow, As for the headset itself all the other reviews don’t give it justice, love the fact it came with not only one but two adapters to use either over head or on ear, the sound is perfect, no one can even tell I’m on a cordless much less a wireless headset, It comes with several great functions like Mute, redial, conference calling, intercom, stored contacts, and much more, I know that people have said the battery life is 10 hours talk but I am getting at minimal 12 hours easy.. I would highly recommend this headset and this company 😉

My 3rd unit. They are the best for reception, clarity and comfort. Very comfortable. However, the connection where the headset meets/plugs into the phone is weak in design. I am replacing this unit for the 3rd time in 10 years. This connection degrades because of tension caused by mishaps. Like the unit though. Need to fix this weak area.

I love this phone. The only problem is the headset jack. I have had to buy replacements due to connection issues. The connection point where the wire meets the jack is a weak point.
