The CT14 DECT 6.0 Cordless Headset Phone from Plantronics features DECT 6.0 (1.9 GHz) wireless technology for better reception at greater distances. With this Plantronics Cordless Headset Phone you can take your call with you up to 300 feet away from the charging base and talk for up to 10 hours at a time.
You also benefit from noise-canceling technology to help filter out background noise allowing you to talk in noisy environments. Simply clip the dial pad onto your clothing with the integrated clip and then position the headset over your head or on your ear for improved comfort for those longer phone calls.

The headset has a tremendous range (300 feet), which is great for multitasking when working from home. The phone does everything I need it to except 3 way calling. The microphone on the headset was glitchy, and my collegues said I sounded tinny and weak. I reported this problem to Plantronics, and they replaced the phone very quickly. Absolutely great service.

I have owned three of these units, and just ordered a fourth. For work I need the flexibility of cordless and this comes closest to what I need. I also had the Calisto Pro phone, which eventually failed to hold a charge even with new batteries. So if you purchase the CT14 just keep in mind that it will eventually need replacement is probably a shorter period of time than you would imagine.

Apparently the batteries have such a good lifespan that I didn’t need the one I purchased. Once I let the original charge for longer than usual it worked. But the customer service by phone and shipping as usual were first class.

I love my CT14 phone and headset, it makes it so much easier for me to hear someone (have to wear hearing aids) This makes the 4th headset I have had to buy, the only thing I dont like is the cord because I get it caught on the knobs of my cabinets and it breaks inside but there is always another one to buy. As long as I can afford to I will continue with this headset and phone. Love it.

We have been using a Plantronic phone since the late 80’s early 90’s. These phones are the most comfortable phones that I have used. They are easy to program and people have commented on how much better they can hear me than a regular phone and I can certainly hear them better. The only thing that I have a complaint about is the lack of loudness of the ringer. If I am in another room I can not hear it but that is OK because I Love My Phone.

I love this phone. I have never had any problems with reception. My only complaint would be that it needs some kind of wind sock on speaker. If you walk around the house, it sounds like the wind is blowing. Otherwise I have no complaints and would buy this again.

I use it at home in my home office. Used daily for multiple conference calls. It gives you mobility while on calls and the dial pad is always with you to hang up or mute /unmute. I have owned one of these before and my biggest complaint has been how small the buttons are and how they feel. I prefer a crisper feel instead of the soft touch buttons. The ear pad although very comfortable and light will wear out faster than other products I have owned. For the money the sound is great, simple to use and very light.

I upgraded from a model CT12, which I dropped on the floor one too many times. I use the CT14 on my desk while I work on my computer. The CT14 is great. It has crystal clear sound, but better than that, it operates on a frequency that does not — repeat, does not — interfere with the wi-fi operation of my computer. This is an improvement over the CT 12. The only downside I have experienced with these Plantronics phones if that the headset cushion will wear out.
