This Plantronics Over-the-Ear Headset and Charge Cradle is a replacement for use with the Savi W430 and Savi W430-M headset systems. It’s built for UC applications and was designed for use with Avaya, Cisco, IBM, Skype, and other softphone PC phone systems. The system offers a wireless range up to 300 feet for natural movement, interactive software for personalization, and protects hearing from loud sound spikes by limiting call volume to 118 dBA with SoundGuard. This replacement package includes the headset, the charge cradle, two replacement ear tips, and a friction ring earbud. It does not include the charging base or the USB wireless dongle.

I swapped out the headset of my W710 and made it a W730. I like the W710, but I wanted something that didn’t go over my head. This over the ear design can be worn for extended periods without an issues. The clarity in both hearing and voice quality on the other end is very good. Only issue is today I was on the phone a lot and didn’t put it back in the cradle to recharge. It never cut off, but started beeping to let me know it was running low. I am using it with Wifi calling on my Mac and with my iPhone (also Wifi calling). Experience with B&H was very good.

Hands free, and I mean HANDS FREE. Excellent for multi-tasking, in fact I’m doing it right now! Seriously, this is an extremely reliable high quality accessory to my company phone system.
