I have been buying Plantronics products for years. I’m very happy with this product at this time. I would like Plantronics to make the USB cable a longer. This way you are able to talk and charge at the same time.

I bought the newer model legend plantations I love it.. longer battery life.. I do motor Clubs AAA, All state & I use my phone a lot. The older model used to only last about 6 hours or heavy use. So far it has lasted all day. I do a 15 hour shift. So far, so good.. thanks

The head set is fine. However you need a tiny charging adapter to charge it. Ever since I opened the box it has been screaming for being lost. And lo and behold; now it is gone, and the whole head set is useless.

I had lost the one that came with the ear piece and I only had 4 hrs left.. I got the replacement and extra and still had 3 hrs left. Love my Voyager! Sound is good and clear.

Plantronics does not provide a spare charger adapter piece with a new purchase. This means that, in the event the adapter is lost, the consumer must wait several days to receive a replacement piece… and at about 10% cost of the original unit. Plantronics would do well to consider providing a spare with new units –

The charging cable that shipped with my headset was originally tied into the dock item that connected to the headset. This cable is a regular USB connection, so I can use any cable I want with the dock. Alleviates some of the annoyance at a proprietary dock.

the product works well unfortunately they did not use a standardized connector for charging which causes you to have to carry around multiple cables which is not only a pain but an additional expense

The product should use a standard charging plug.. If not they should include this adapter with the product.. Also, they should offer this adapter without the cable. For such a High-End Product Not to included this is Just wrong..

Although this replacement cord longer than the original charger, it is still too short to use with the AC adapter. It would be nice to have a 4ft or 6ft cord to use to plug into the wall.

Had it for about a month. All day comfortable, good volume and clarity on both ends, rich enough sound to be okay for music, stays in place. I love being able to answer with no hands. Siri can’t always be launched using the button on the headset, and the volume is sometimes inconsistent among music/nav/calls, but overall these are minor issues which may not be Plantronics’ fault.

I am happy with my Voyager Legend, it has been the best hands-free device, and i have tried several. However, I lost/misplaced the cable and charging adapter. I am so happy that I could re-order one so quickly and easily … I’m back!

This is longer than the rather short cord that is supposed to be used with a laptop or pc. (Heaven help you if you have a pc and no extension of sub to your desktop. Get this to have enough cord to reach the desktop.)
