   long time call center worker, AEP-seasonal sales, year round cust svc. etc. Large call center floor and other outbound/inbound gigs. Got these for myself after reading a lot of reviews. Putting these headphones on is like closing an office door. It’s great. No active noise cancelling, you are aware of sounds around you, but you can hear your caller just fine. The mic is noise cancelling and good, no complaints from callers. I’ve worked from home since we went to remote work and have zero regrets about getting these. I don’t have to worry about ambient noise, I’m focused while on the call. I have a Plantronics QD to USB connection which has a mute button. No problems with using the VOIP systems and software. The system identifies them as Lync headset and mic. These headphones are expensive, I paid for them out of my own pocket after checking with the call center0, but – my word – not being distracted by the people around you as you work has been worth every penny. These are an investment, partly in your sanity. (note: you’re putting on a largish set of headphones so they’re not elegant. They’re completely adjustable so if you’ve a large head, no worries.) B&H delivered the order promptly. Very easy transaction. (B&H has a good returns policy, btw. I won’t be returning these.)

   Love this headset! Just wished there was a volume control button on it to turn up the clients voice. Sales floors can be very loud and abnormally obnoxious at times with all the hoorah going on. I purchased from B&H because my father has been with them for over 40 years+ in New York City to purchase his professional camera equipment and I’ve known them for over 20 doing my college photography course. Trusted provider for my family over the years. My first baby pictures were taken with a camera from B&H and I’m 45 now. The purchase was great because I live in Florida now and because they are in New York I received no sales tax and the shipping was free over a $100 and they offered the headset at the best price. My coworkers are paying $200-$300 dollars for theirs… my B&H saved the day! Hello from Orlando! Love for you always!
