I tried three different docking stations before this one but none of them worked properly. This one really worked perfectly and compare to other docking stations its less expensive. It works quite well with both windows and new versions of Mac.

This solved the how to run two monitors from a MacBook 13 M1 challenge. Plug and play, adds a lot of flexibility to my set up and it’s nice to have one central location for all cables.

Works great after easy driver installation with both M1 Big Sur and Windows 10. Allows for multiple external displays on M1. Love that I can use it with both USB-C and USB 3 laptops for increased compatibility.

I use the docking station to drive two Dell 4K monitors, with a Dell Latitude 7490 laptop. The setup doesn’t work with the laptop open, i.e., either the laptop graphics or the docking station doesn’t have the graphics-processing oomph to drive both 4K monitors and the laptop screen. BUT it does work fine with the laptop closed, i.e., with the docking station driving just the two 4K monitors. This is not a major complaint, just a minor annoyance because it would’ve been nice to have a total of three screens. Other than that I’m happy, the docking station drives the 4K monitors just fine at 60 Hz refresh, which is fine for me since I write code all day. Probably wouldn’t work for heavy gaming, but the docking station documentation specifically states it isn’t intended for high frame refresh rates. Recommended overall.
