Lots of space, fast and good price. What else could you ask for.

Slows down rather quick I got it for my ayaneo pro and it gets so hot. Don’t recommend it if you using it in a smaller device, it’s now in my strix laptop

I was dealing with an old 1Tb hard drive because it had all my stuff on it and was hesitating on the upgrade. Glad I finally did it. I was used to reboots taking upwards on 6 minutes or more. After migrating my OS to this new M.2 with OEMI Partition Assistant, I timed my reboot from the moment I pressed the power button and it was 17 seconds to having a browser page own. Don’t even get me started on Adobe software. Premiere Pro starts up in about 2 seconds and runs as smooth as butter. And all of this on top of 2 more Tb of storage. It was also super easy to install. Of all the upgrades I’ve made, I think this M.2 is my favorite.

I got this for my PS5. Unfortunately the PNY heatsink is too tall so I had to get a 3rd party heatsink. Better price than other 4TB PS5 compatible brands. Works fine and was a fairly easy install.

I purchased this to install it in Sony PS5. It works fine to save games to and played from but PS5 reported the read speed as 3843.315 MB/s, well below the advertised 5600 MB/s on this product. Reached out to PNY and their response: Due to a software update that Sony released, the XLR8 Gaming CS3040 no longer meets the required minimum read performance. However, our XLR8 Gaming CS3140 exceeds the minimum read requirements for the PS5. While CS3040 (with firmware version CS304131) is currently working fine in PS5, I’m considering returning it and getting the one mentioned in PNY’s response even though I’m suspecting a future software update by Sony could throttle even CS3140’s read speeds.
