As with most flash drives it is essential that the USB connector remains protected to keep your data safe. File storage, file transfer, this drive will do the job. At 64GB there is plenty of room to stick a bunch of ISOs on and make a bootable flash drive. I’ve currently got 15 ISOs and there’s still 30GB for file storage.

Terrific for getting large files to an event. The small size is both a plus and a minus however in that it is easily misplaced. But it worked for the purpose we purchased it for!

I bought two of these to back up my ultrabook while travelling. The Write speed is very good, at times reaching about 125MB/s but averaging less depending on the type of copy task. No caps to lose which is good. I would have given it five stars except for the fact that actual available storage on the drive is only 119GB which is significantly less than the advertised 128GB. There does not appear to be another partition or empty space on the drive either so who knows where the missing 9GB is. I have only had the drives for a couple of weeks so I cannot say anything further regarding reliability.

The PNY Technologies 256GB Turbo 3.0 USB Flash Drive got great reviews based upon it’s speed. Unfortunately, it’s speed was nowhere near what it should have been. 50 MG, whereas my Kingston 64GB and 128GB USB 3 Flash Drives maxed out about 120 MG. The sliding plastic collar got stuck a lot. I just got rid of it, because it just stopped working. I’m not sure if mine was defective or not, but I’ll stick to Kingston.

Remember when your hard drive was 40MB, and you clock ran at 33 MHz? You aren’t in Kansas anymore, Toto. We use these flash drives to back up 3 laptops, each with more than 5,000 photographic images; 32GB isn’t large enough, and USB 2.0 takes about an hour for each computer. And, the cost at B&H is lower than that of any of the competition.

I have this partitioned into three volumes, all HFS+. I have shaved off 10 minutes on average installing 10.8, 10.9 and 10.10 while using this flash drive. I do wish manufacturers would make them less wide, sometimes they don’t fit next to other devices.
