Easy to load and to change sizes. Hooks on my belt to free up my hands for other processes

Good air pressure and regular oiling make this a great tool. Depth adjustment as very little effect.

Excellent service from Home Depot and the nail gun is well made.

This nailer has worked well in the limited capacity that I have used it thus far. I purchased this for light duty work at home and it did a great job for building birdhouses with my kids. I do like the feel of it and it seems to have plenty of power to get the job done. The loader was easy to use and operated smoothly and I had no jamming, but again, I have not used it much. My only complaint is not so much about the product but rather that this nailer was used prior to my purchase as I found scratches on the body of the nailer right after I opened it. The outside packaging looked fine, it had no plastic wrapping and was in side of the carrying case but since this was a “curbside” pick up item it was bagged up when I picked it up and I did not notice anything until I opened the case and inspected the nailer that it had scratches on it. This was disappointing, but I tried the nailer out and it worked perfectly fine and I did not want to deal with returning it to the specific Home Depot that I purchased the nailer from, so I will be keeping it. I would give the product five stars for working as expected and ease of use, but knocking HD a star for full sale price of a returned item.

I’ve had this nailer for a little over a month now and has been a great addition to my shop and use in building all my projects!! Hands down the best and most useful tool when you need a second set of hands!! And its reliable with virtually no maintence!

Ready to use out of the box. It’s been working without issue for the past week installing base trim. Great value under $100. Accepts brads from 5/8” upto 2”. Easy to load brads quickly.

Worked the first time with no issues. I purchased when my old one gave out. I called the certified repair center to find it could be repaired. However, the cost was only 30 dollars lass then this new one. This one is to be maintenance free (no oil to add), but only time will tell how long it will last. I learned not to leave them unused for an extended length of time. If you use them periodically, they should last a good long while.

Absolutely love my Porter-Cable 18-Gauge Pneumatic Brad Nailer. Key for me: ease of loading and use in engaging AND how lightweight (yet rugged) it feels in my hand, since I’m basically a power-tool wielding but lightweight ‘chica’! So glad that my contractor lent me his first, and then told me that this was the air nailer for me. He was right, and I’m delighted that I own my own!

I’ve only used this for about an hour now, it does its job. Once I start driving it 4-6 hours a day, I may have to revise my post.

Does the job and has a wider range of nail sizes than my last last one. Also nice not having to mess with oil. Only downside is the amount of plastic used in its construction.

I was pleasantly surprised. The tool did everything I needed and nailed all of the trim I installed without even 1 missfire. I am very happy with this nailer.
