This gun is good for the price point. Oil it before each use as you would with all air nailers. I had a failure with mine fairly early on. Bought another one just like it. In my line of carpentry, (outdoor) you need two of a lot of tools to keep one running at all times. The repair for this unit was extremely inexpensive. Would definitely recommend this model for homeowners and diy work.

This is a very convenient pack of nails. It’s nice that you don’t have to buy 1000 or 2000 of one length when you only need 50. The sizes are convienent for woodworking projects using 1×2’s or 2×2’s. For the variety and quantity of nails in this package, it’s a really good price. As far as performance of the nails, I’ve never had any issues with porter cable.
