Great nailgun – never an issue . Easy to load, never jams , and fires flawlessly ! I bought one of these years ago and did quit a few roofs with it and sold it when I retired .but my son in law was redoing his roof and his birthday just came up so it was a no brainer . Good price too – compared to other nail guns I’m a cabinet maker and Porter-cable routers were the only ones I would buy . Thanks for producing good quality tools that you don’t have to 2nd guess

Easy to use. Once the air pressure was adjusted nails shot like a charm. My fiance liked this better than the Bostitch roofing gun

I haven’t received all my roofing materials yet, but I decided to do some preliminary testing with this Porter Cable roofing nailer. I just used a couple of scrap pieces of wood and some 1 1/4″ roof nails. I utilized a small pancake style compressor. When I first started with the nailer I had the air pressure adjusted too low, and it would only shoot one nail and not advance the next nail. I then adjusted the pressure up to 90lbs. It worked great then. I then adjusted the nail penetration so that it was just flush with the wood surface. Once I get into the roofing project I’ll do additional review. So far so good. I am pleased.

The gun has performed outstanding. I have had no issues with the new nailer.
