Convenient is the first word to come to mind. No cord! No unplugging here and plugging back in or not reaching the back of the property because I do not have a mile of extension cord strung out. This also saves time. Overall, this is what I think as a medium duty blower. If there are really wet leaves or a huge bulky pile, this blower will take a little longer to push it. I use this on my deck and driveway to move clippings and pine needles.

This is a great alternative to a large blower. The unit comes in a small box and is easily assembled. The battery is easily charged in about one hour. It is easily inserted and is well balanced in use. The volume of air is more than expected and is variable down to smaller volume by the hand held switch. At full velocity it moves quite a bit of debris and due to its light weight is a breeze to use.

Here’s an easy to use blower for smaller yards. Assembly is a snap. The charger is easy to use, installing and removing the battery from the blower housing is easy. Will recharge in an hour or so. One thing I don’t like is the nozzle tip is bent upward a tad too much, easy to remedy with some heat I warmed it up and bent it to my needs. I did find it works better with the end extension off as it’ll allow more air to flow, thus 4 stars…..While this will not measure up to a gas powered blower, for a small driveway, sidewalks etc it does fine.

Great little blower–not very noisy, not high-powered, but is great for blowing leaves off our front porch and back deck. We don’t use it to blow grass clippings–don’t know how that would be. Our dog, who usually gets very anxious about the noise when the neighbors’ lawn guys use their blowers or weedeaters calmed down after her initial anxious reaction to this.

PowerSmart Cordless Battery powered blower , you will sacrifice power for convenience …I received the PowerSmart Handheld Cordless Blower in exchange for a fair and honest review of the product. This blower was shipped within a week of ordering and was packaged well.As with any cordless, battery operated blower you will sacrifice some power for the convenience of not having to drag an extension cord behind you or having to handle a heavy gas blower. It is just the price you pay for convenience. This cordless blower is easy to assemble, the nozzle is in two pieces that snap together and the battery compartment is easily accessible. The 3.0 ah lithium battery and charger are included which is a big plus (with some brands the battery and charger are purchased separately). The instructions recommend that the battery be placed in the charger until the light turns green prior to use although there is a charge out of the box. Just as an FYI, replacement parts such as the charger and battery are available through PowerSmart but I do not see them available online. This smaller blower is perfect for small projects and small areas- sidewalks, driveways, patios, etc.. where you just want to clear dust, dirt, grass clippings and leaves. It weighs about 8 lbs so it is not the lightest battery operated blower out there but it is manageable for females. The handle grip is fairly comfortable but the trigger is in an odd place on the underside of the handle. There are 3 power levels/speeds by pressing the trigger -low, medium and high power. but even at the highest power you will only be able to move yard debris, this blower really isn’t designed for commercial use or big projects. The biggest negative is that it is a bit noisy, 96 decibels, the average smaller blower usually only emits about 65 decibel of noise.so this isn’t a blower you would want to use early in the morning! The PowerSmart cordless blower is made in China and retails under $120 . It has a 2 yr warranty with receipt –some brands have a bit more, 3 to 5 yr warranties. Replacement parts are available through PowerSmart.. Overall, I would say this is a fair to good purchase, It is easy to assemble, is fairly lightweight, and is ready to use without extension cords or worrying about having gasoline available. Another big plus is the battery and charger are included, whereas, if you had to purchase these parts separately it could add another $50-100 to your purchase. If purchasing a smaller, battery operated blower such as this one, I would recommend evaluating all of the specifications and features before purchasing including the hand grip, weight, noise level, power levels and warranty.

This is really a handy item to own. This is perfect if you have a small space to blow out. It’s nice to not have to connect to power and drag a cord around. It is a lightweight blower that gets most of the weight from the battery. I wouldn’t use this for large jobs, I didn’t think it put out an extreme amount of air, but it’s perfect for the little jobs that I no longer have to use a broom for. Very simple to put together and it charged pretty fast. The battery lasts but as I stated, it doesn’t put out an enormous amount of wind velocity.

This is a light weight garden blower that any female can use. It’s not like one of those heavy gas powered ones. This comes with a rechargeable lithium battery and the charger. It’s not as powerful as the ones that landscapers use, but for a quick clean up it works. I found that the lock off button that you have to hold as well as the trigger switch grip can cause your thumb to hurt, especially if you have an extensive amount of blowing to do. The noise level isn’t as loud as the blowers landscapers use.

This powersmart blower is better than I expected. I had never heard of this brand so I wasn’t expecting much. But as it turns out it works really well. One feature I really like about it is the different blowing speeds. Which it doesn’t mention this in the manual or if it did I couldn’t find it. I am a painter and I use blowers to clean up my jobsites . Paint chips etc… The blower I have now has just one speed (high) and I can’t control it very well. But this one the more you squeeze the trigger the higher it gets 174 mph according to the book. So I like the fact that I can use real low power to blow all the debris into a nice pile. It has a 36 volt battery and a charger as well. The battery weighs as much as the blower does. But it is placed well in the blower so it’s balanced pretty good. It’s a good tool I recommend it.

Most battery powered leaf blowers are very underpowered making me a consistent gas-powered leaf blower buyer. Gas powered units still win the power contest, but for a quick cleanup of the decks I have been won over by this Power Smart 36-volt Lithium-Ion battery-powered leaf blower! The battery charges in a just a couple of hours and runs the blower for at least half an hour. The safety switch on the throttle is awkward to use and frequently gets in the way of blowing around furniture.

The long tube has less blow power. If you take off the extension WOW. It blows much harder. I love it. I saw a mouse and I blew him away. LOL.

not as powerful as advertised

Having used gas engine powered blowers for many years, I was dubious that a batter unit would be utile. I was wrong. Quite a bit of power and easier to use.The unit is lighter than a gas unit, and has only one attachment. It functions very well to do the normal jobs. I never used all the other gas engine attachments anyway. And I will no longer need to have a separate gas/oil fuel container. No longer need spare spark plugs. And the pistons will not loose compression like the gas models.

Not as strong as I thought it would be, more like a toy.

I like how easy is to take apart the extensions and that it is very light weight.Somebodycomplain that with the extra adapter you get less blowing power. That is true, but if youlook inside the tube you’ll notice that about three inches inside the tube the hole is onlyone inch thick.I took a knife and cut out around the hole. Its real flimsy and it came outvery easily. Now the hole is a couple of inches bigger and i get all the power it calls for.problem fixed.I just had it this week of December and i didn’t get to try it out outsidebecause its cold and wet outside.
