I ordered and received 2 blades, installed the first one, started cutting a small piece of wood and within 1 minute the blade snapped at the welded joint, I looked at the welding and noticed that the weld was grounded off too much, there was hardly any metal left, installed the second one and I’ve been using it for days cut a lot of wood pieces and so far it still working fine, I returned the defective one to Home Depot for a prompt refund.

This band Saw blade turned out to be to short for my band saw. It broke on the second cut. My craftsman three wheel bench top band saw takes a 56 7/8″ blade which is very hard to find. This blade cuts very well just to short.
