This switch works real fine and has greatly improved the safety of my table saw.

Really pleased with the safety aspect of this switch. I can turn the power off to my table saw with my knee and keep both hands on the workpiece. Just don’t plan to slip it into the old switch slot. Likely will not fit. I had to mount it to exterior of the saw with a junction box. Not that difficult, just an extra step I had not anticipated.

Product’s hole configuration did not completely line up with a standard U.S. electrical box. I had to adjust the holes to fit. I see it was made in China. I guess I shouldn’t have expected better. Other than that, it functions as advertused.

Good switch, use both contacts in series, very visible, easy install.

HiCheck the switch before leaving the store, if the buttons don’t make a loud clicking sound when you press them in, the the switch is broken. It can be fixed if your willing to take it apart and put the two bearing back where they belong. The spacing of the mounting screws is not electrical box compatible like the description says, “FALSE ADVERTISING”, this switch is designed to be bolted onto sheet metal. You can force it to fit a electrical box but don’t be surprised when parts start breaking!I recommend that you buy longer screws and extra nuts, use the original nuts to hold the switch together and use the extra nuts for mounting.

Good product. This was mounted to a vintage wood planer and required a mounting box to be able to attach the switch.

Workers perfectly,Only wish the wiring diagram was printed and was included with the switch,But it was easy to find on the page discription photots

The switch was easy to install. However the switch takes more force than I prefer to turn on or off.

This is a large, durable on/off safety switch and is an easy target to hit. It’s large enough to hit without looking, and if your hands are full with a work piece, it can be hit with your knee or a foot. The “On” button is protected on all 4 sides, and requires some force to engage. You don’t have to worry about bumping into it. If you have small children around, they won’t be able to engage it either. Home hobbyist, I used this on a newly made router table. Have had it installed for 6 weeks, roughly 200 power cycles – and it’s still like new. Simple to install, basic 3-wire. I’d recommend getting a deep electrical box, as the switch is large.

Installed on my table saw, only issue was wires were short and hard to attach, would be easier with spade connections

Perfect!

The product is good. The electrical connections are not standard as you see on light switches. No directions are included. It looks like you are supposed to just loosen the terminal and stick the straight wire in. It pushed the wire out when tightened. I just looped the wire around and it worked fine.
