No instructions or wiring diagram. I had to really research how to wire this up. Was not even obvious how it was going to mount in a box. Also the terminal screw heads were very small with shallow slots – difficult to tighten screws for a good connection.

Installed this switch in place of the stock one on my Grizzly table saw. Works just fine.

I should of checked the size, this is a big switch, I returned it and ordered a smaller one. The switch and the smaller one felt well made, I used the switch to bypass the difficult to reach switch on my old table saw.

Nice looking switch switch is very stiff And a little hard to push the start button It would be nice to have a mounting Box to choose from

Works great. Wish it had come with wiring instructions, but I found those on the internet

This was the identical switch which was on my Grizzly jointer it worked perfectly! This was the best price that I could find, would buy again.

This switch works as advertised. I used it to replace a damaged switch on my table saw.

The switch is fine. I would have appreciated a wiring diagram though. I don’t deal with 220 v much so some direction would be best.

Installed this switch for a DIY 10″ belt-driven grinder and wire wheel setup. Connections were easy once I figured out the terminals using a continuity tester. Nice to have an easily accessible off switch for the big 2hp motor.

This was exactly what I was looking for, easy to install

Worked well as a replacement for my craftsman table saw.

Just what I expected

Appears that it will work. We have not installed it yet. Got delayed.Switch is not a holding relay design- which would be a little safer. So if the AC power goes off, the device will be come back ON when power is restored.Good LARGE size ON/OFF targets. A little hard to push ON. It will do the job.

I like the quality of the construction. The On button and Stop button are nicely arranged but require a little too much force for safety purposes. That’s a minor point but I mention it since many of my other tools with emergency stop buttons don’t require as much force. The big issue and the reason I cannot give it 5 stars is that I feel as a safety switch it should break contact upon power down if a circuit breaker trips. Otherwise when the power returns, as with this unit, the tool will start up again without pressing the On button.

Easy to install in a electrical box and replace the broken switch on my Delta tablesaw.

This switch is mediocre at best!I really liked the closing of one of the previous reviews, where the reviewer, George, says, “Very poorly designed-the guy responsible should be sentenced to have to use it”. Well said, George! The switch is mediocre at best. To be fair, though, it does the job — it switches my table saw on and off, and is safer than the saw’s original switch. While I am glad I installed it, I wish the manufacturer had put a little more thought into its design and manufacturing.Let’s define some terms first so as to make sure that I can communicate well. The switch consists of two sections, (1) Let’s call the first one the front panel consisting of panel body, the paddle for quick switching off, the green button for switching on and the red button for switching off, and (2) let’s call the second section the switch assembly which contains the actual electrical switch. I hope the pros forgive the naming if they know of better ones.In order to mount the switch, I had to separate the two parts and mount them at two sides of frame of my table saw. This created distance between the red and green buttons on the front panel and the on and off switches on the switch assembly, so much so that the two never reached, rendering the switch useless. I then had to insert two pieces of plexi-glass on back side of the red and green buttons in order to make red/green switches to physically reach on/off switches on the switch assembly. In addition, tightening the screws to fasten the two parts caused the body of the switch front panel to give, bringing the green and red switches closer to the on and off switch. I therefore had to size of the pieces of plexi-glass a few times. This was a time consuming task.If I tighten the screws, I’ll bring the red/green closer to on/off, potentially causing the switch to accidentally turn on the table saw. Not good! If the saw vibrations turn the screws loose, the red/green can potentially lose contact with the on/off, rendering the switch useless. Not good again! I have used thread glue, hoping it can withstand the saw vibrations and keep the fastening bolts where they are.I have answered yes to the question “Would you recommend this product?”, not because I like the switch, but because I couldn’t find a better one of the same type.In my opinion, the manufacturer should’ve fastened the front panel and switch assembly in such a way that it couldn’t be opened, and should have thought of a different way to install it.

Start button is stiffer than I would like but the important one is much nicer than original equipment on Jet table saw. Had to modify install plate to allow body to connector “box” to fit. No wiring instructions were included …. long time searching on iphone to find that… original equipment had a grounding screw this did not, but did have screws that I thought it might be that weren’t after looking it up.

Switch works great, just as I thought it would. I like the recessed start button and large stop paddle.
