very well built, easy to assemble. I wanted a smaller sized stand,as it will be stored,more often than used. I have not tried keeping the mitre saw on the stand for storage. I probably will remove the saw,as it is an easy on/off system.. Good solid stand for a reasonable price.

Excellent miter saw stand with features the big boys don’t have! After getting a Ryobi 12″ sliding miter saw from HD and using it for a few days, my wife suggested I get a proper stand. Looking at the Ryobi stand I thought it looked cheap, without wheels or rollers on the extensions. Other stands seemed too expensive for what they were. This Powertec stand was just right. It has features the other ones don’t have such as 3 power outlets, nice rollers with flip-up stops, and fold down pegs to hold moldings down below the work area. The power outlets are handy for my other tools so I don’t have to swap the extension cord. This stand is sturdy, well made, and more than meets my expectations. I recommend it highly.

The stand is strong and handles well. Paired it with a Ryobi compound miter saw and I love the functionality of everything. The rollers do tend to lose their bolts as they will walk out with use. Just some loctite is all they needed.portability is good as well. And the power cord point is nice.

Well righ off the bat i was worried.It arrived in a badly damaged box.After picking it up in store,opened it up and sure enough,damage,the wheel-axle was severely bent.So rather that,deal wit all the hub -ub,i bent it back mysef.Put a clamp on the weld,to keep the weld from cracking,put a piece of 3’metal pipe over the end,and bent it back,straight.Worked well.Built stoutly,works well with Dewalt 12″.Slide arms do not come out real far,like other ones,but that is o.k. because this thing is great.After it is bolted to lock-down arms,the saw and the arms can be removed @ 1 time,if you need to put it up somewhere with little space in mind.Awesome!

Easy to assemble and very well designed. It accommodates my Ryobi 10 inch sliding miter saw nicely. I really like the power strip. Nice touch. It rolls easily over uneven ground. For transport I slid the saw to the end near the wheels to keep the weight low on the frame. It worked great. I have it stored against the wall in my shop with the saw attached. Very good value for the price. I would recommend to my friends.
