I tried this paper with an Epson SC-P900. Premier provides little information and I could not find printer profiles so I created one using a Color Munki and i1studio. Premier says the paper is coated on both sides, but printing is satisfactory only on one side. Premier says the paper is coated on both sides to reduce curling, but has a bit of a curl out of the box. The paper is fairly stiff as expected for a 300gsm paper, with a watercolor paper texture. Not quite as nice a feel as a 100% cotton paper. Unlike many textured papers it folds without cracking, so it is good for cards. The profile i1Studio generated is similar to Epson Watercolor Paper, so color gamut is not as large as most fine art papers, but it produces a pleasing image if very bold colors are not required. Gamut is somewhat better than the Epson paper in darker colors. Black level seems good and the i1Studio generated profile shows good shadow detail. It is pretty bright, brighter than Epson Cold Press Bright. I don’t have the Epson Watercolor paper to compare it to. So it is what it claims to be, an inexpensive art watercolor paper. I’m giving it four stars because it is good for the intended purpose, with one star off because it lacks printer profiles. Perhaps Premier can come up with good printer profiles.
