Great product! I had one before and didn’t know you could replace parts that wore down (I use it a lot), so I tossed the first one. Had to get another and this one is a larger, more powerful product. Once you get yourself under control with it, you can get a lot done in little time.

The attachment shredders don’t include a thinner shredder for carrots, cucumber, and other vegetables. The current attachment cuts them a little thick. But it seems to do well enough to get the job done.

I mostly use it for grating cheeses, hard cheeses like Parmesan and softer like cheddar and it performs well. The only thing I miss from the unit it replaced was a very fine grater for Parmesan. I ordered one but it’s not really that fine.
