We love on Presto Deep Fryer. So far we’ve cooked fish, chicken strips and fries. We found a good fish and chicken batter, fill the cooker to the line in cooker with oil, preheat for 15 minutes then fry. Fish takes 6 minutes, chicken strips about the same. They come out crispy, drain on paper towels and enjoy. Simple clean up too. Either save the grease in the cooker with provided lid or pour it into a bottle and properly dispose.
