We bought it to make French fries, but I have made so many other things in it. Great, if you like sweet fried plantains it makes them the best! Fast frying and easy to use and control the browning. The cover keeps the oil clean when not in use. Highly recommend it, the food does not soak the oil due to the higher heat, (unlike a frying pan). Great value.

Did some research on deep fryers and found that this one has been around for many years. I figured that this company would not want to risk their reputation with a cheap product, and after watching all reviews, I decided to purchase it. It is just perfect: temperature control works fine, it is powerful for a home appliance and has a professional look and feel. It heats oil very quickly and responds very fast to temperature changes. Easy to clean, assemble and disassemble. I am very satisfied with this appliance and glad that I found it at Home Depot at a great price and on time. This is a real review from a customer and not paid for reviewer or a fake one. If you like delicious fried meals and are looking for a deep fryer, your search is over and you have found the product that will satisfy for a long time. Did not test the steaming or boiling functions yet but seems also very easy to do with this home appliance. Happy cooking!
