I didn’t give it a 5 star because there is no way to store the oil in it and because of the loose fitting lid. The second thing is that the heating element can’f really be washed, just wiped clean. Otherwise clean up is a breeze. Fries excellent, reheat temperature is quick thanks to the higher watts. Holds a lot of oil and the basket is great.

Good in that it will reach temperature selected. The removable pot should have a pour dip built in on one of the corners so cooled oil can easily be returned to bottles for storage. Easy to clean
