The Presto ProFry 12-Cup Deep Fryer offers 1,800-Watt of power to help you quickly achieve the ideal oil temperature for a variety of foods. The deep fryer uses oblong-shaped baskets to easily fit larger foods such as chicken or fish and features an adjustable thermostat for quick temperature controls. A signal light alerts you when the oil has reached your set temperature and the cover and filter add safety by helping to prevent spattering.

The Presto 12 cup Immersion Element ProFry Deep Fryer is easy to use!All you have to do is set the temperature for whatever food you plan to fry,wait until the temp light goes out, put your food in the two baskets lower them into the hot oil and before you know it your food is ready. Works great!

I like the 12 cup Presto Deep Fryer. It cooks pretty good and precise. I have fried everything I possibly can in it so I could get a feel for how it really is. On the upside it fries well but on the downside the double baskets are not big enough to hold anymore than 4 pieces of chicken at a time and this thing uses a bunch of oil so if you are health consciencous like me and use Peanut oil your looking at 30 bucks and if you use regular oil around 15. I would definately buy it again but I really think you should get the big basket that you have to buy for 12 bucks extra free because this thing is like 100 dollars.
