This little fryer is just the ticket for a single person. It holds a serving size of chicken, fish, potatoes, etc. and cooks quickly. It is very easy to clean. It does not require a large amount of oil. The fryer comes with everything needed for deep frying small portions. What I like best is that it takes no longer to prepare and clean up after using this little gem than it does to make dinner any other way. I have had it for a nearly six months and I am still enjoying the novelty of this little fryer.
