I must agree with the previous review that this unit does not do a fab job with low simmering or anything resembling slow cooking. I have a crock pot and a dutch oven and other ways to get that done. OTOH, for everything that cooks in well under an hour all the way through deep frying though, this is quite a nice little unit to make space for. They probably leave out the deep fryer capabilities to avoid losing Fry Daddy sales. I’ve had both and although you really need to work out what temperature to use for what, owning this is far superior to owning a Fry Daddy.

This product was not one i was able to find in the store. I was so happy to see that Home Depot carried the product. The pot is very easy to use and clean. It looks nice too. Only part i wasn’t to happy about was that I had to mount the legs of the pot on myself. With the right tool it was fairly easy.

Medium size cooker, large enough to cook for 2 to 3 people. For the price build quality is good enough and clean up is easy. Mine gets hot and will smoke canola oil unlike other reviews mentioning their unit not getting hot enough. Good bang for buck here

There were a few problems getting the handles on. One side is still a little wobbly. i use this as a soup pot or for frying. It does both well. They just need to work on how the handles attach.

It’s larger than my previous fryer. I would like one a bit larger than this 6qt fryer. I want to have 3 different size fryers, depending on the amount of what I’m frying. One can be used for fries, chicken or fish. I love the crispiness of my fried foods. It allowed me to easily prepare for my small birthday gathering. It arrived to my home just in time for me to cook for my guests. The basket allows the oils to drain from the chicken. Awesomely delicious. Great buy. Ole school chicken!

I love this multicooker, especially b/c it’s a great fryer! It’s the perfect vessel. The only complaint I would have is with the handles. I used to have the older model, it had better quality handles, I absolutely loved it, but lost the lid for, which prompted me to buy this newer model.
