The skillet features a 16 in. base for stability and high sidewalls so you can prepare a variety of dishes. The included tempered glass cover allows you to use the skillet as a buffet server and also helps prevent splattering while cooking. The skillet automatically adjusts to an ideal temperature with Control Master heat control and can be easily cleaned when you remove the heat control.

I was impressed with the size of this skillet! It is big enough to get the job done without doing it in batches. I cooked all of breakfast in it and it did a fantastic job. Also made my salmon patties come out just right. Glad I got it. Cleans up really well too.

There’s not much to say. The frame is sturdy. The bowl itself is pretty big. And it’s perfect for frying chicken. I bought this exact one because my hispanic mother has one. She got hers from a second hand store and she uses and abuses it. If it’s able to handle the workload she puts on it, then it will be more than fine with me. After researching Home Depot had the cheapest price at $40, so I bought it here. What I didn’t know was that because it was “online only” I had to pick it up from the store.

I have been pleased with this skillet. The glass lid is nice to keep on eye on things without letting heat escape. So far the nonstick surface has held up well and cleans up easily. I love the large size as well. Have had it now for about 3 weeks and have used it several times.
