Description
The Presto Tilt ‘n Drain 285 sq. in. griddle is constructed with a non-stick surface, built-in backstop ledge and Cool touch base for extra safety. It automatically controls the appropriate cooking temperature with Control Master heat control and can be fully immersed in water when the heat control is removed. The unique design can be tilted to drain fat away from meats or cook eggs and pancakes on a level surface with pull-out handle controls. An included drip tray offers easy clean-up and disposal.

I just love this griddle, especially for cooking bacon or hamburgers, just pull on the handles and they open up to let all the grease go into the little grease catcher. I totally recommend this griddle to all families whether they have lots of family members or just two like us. The whole breakfast is ready for all because of the large size of the griddle. Thank you home depot for carrying this product and at such a good price……..

I like the tilt feature of the griddle, but there should be a detent to keep the tilt locked in or out. I have had to mess with the tension of the screws on the tilt mount to keep the griddle where I want it. Otherwise this is a nice big even heating griddle.

I especially like the thermostat control in the plug and the heating element responds very quickly not only when I first turn it on but to changes in temperature setting as well. I love my griddle

I needed a large griddle I could use outdoors for a pancake breakfast event I was hosting. After searching the internet I came across this griddle. I ordered it Monday for my event on Saturday. It arrived on Friday in the nick of time and was perfect! I was able to make 9 medium size pancakes at a time comfortably. The cook top heated up quickly and maintained the temperature extremely well considering I was using it outside on a very cold morning. I bought it for a specific event but have since moved it into my home for everyday use. I love the versatility it offers. I have also used the tip feature to cook bacon. The griddle fit the entire pound of bacon and with the grease captured in the reservoir it made for easy cleanup. It has reduced my cooking time by half. The cook top is easy to clean as well. It is light enough to hold under the water for a quick clean. The only drawback is Home Depot doesn’t carry them in stock. Overall I love this product and definitely recommend it to others.

We have a large family. This griddle is the biggest we found. I was a little disappointed that it’s not completely rectangular–it curves in some in the back, which reduces the amount you can put on there. BUT, it is still the biggest we found. I also like that it sits level, unlike the last one we had that I had to prop up when frying something or the oil would drain out the front. HD has the best price around!

I have had the smaller griddles and this is not that. Lots of room to cook multiple things at the same time. Your eggs don’t run down the grease drain. handles expand to easily tilt pan for draining grease. I’m glad I paid the extra 15 bucks. Pan goes in the dish washer for easy cleaning.
