This 22 in. electric griddle will make enough food for the entire family and still store neatly in the kitchen cabinet. It features removable handles for easy cleaning and compact storage. Simply open the latch clips to detach the handles from the base. With the handles removed, the base stores efficiently in most standard 18 in. kitchen cabinets. This griddle features a ceramic textured cooking surface that provides enhanced nonstick performance for stick-free cooking and easier cleaning. The heavy cast aluminum base is virtually warp-proof. The Control Master heat control automatically maintains the desired cooking temperature. Slide out drip tray removes and cleans easily. Griddle is fully immersible with the heat control detached.

I mainly got it because I didn’t want a Teflon griddle & I’d already tried another as seen on TV & it wasn’t large enough plus the wiring under griddle burnt out, got a replacement & it only lasted 4 months. This griddle is perfect when cooking for a lot of people.some areas cook quicker than others, but all electric griddle do that: it does better than most

Despite textured surface, food does not stick and is very easy to clean. The handles take just a few seconds to put on or take off. The maximum surface size is just about 22 x 11.5 inches. You can easily get eight pancakes on at a time, maybe 15 if they are slightly undersized. It is slippery so you need to watch where your scrambled eggs go as soon as you put them on. It has fairly even heat. The only cooler spot I noticed was at the end away from the heat control. If you just made eggs, turn the temp up *before* putting on the pancakes otherwise it will heat up very slowly.
