Huge cooking surface-cooks up to 50% more than other jumbo griddles. Large 19 in. x 15 in. cooking surface. Special tilt and fold feature allows the griddle to easily adjust from a level grilling surface for eggs and pancakes to a tilted draining surface for meats. Simply left the 5 lever to tilt the grill surface. Push the level back in to return to a level surface. Legs fold up for compact storage. Saves valuable cabinet space. Heavy cast aluminum base with a premium nonstick surface. Slide out drip tray empties easily. Fully immersible and dishwasher safe with the heat control removed.

This Fold and Tilt Electric Griddle is not “your parents’ griddle!” I love the almost-square shape of it because the griddle fits so much better in my cabinet thanks to the shape/orientation and the folding legs. I was at first a little nervous that no cooking spray because of the nonstick surface is needed but lo and behold, I refrained and the griddle folks were right. So much for this skeptic! Eggs, hash browns, grilled cheese, bacon, sausage, hot dogs, hamburgers, and the list goes on. It hasn’t disappointed me once! It heated up fairly quickly and have not found any cool spots during cooking. I’ve never had a griddle that has the tilt feature which helps to drain the fat and grease into the slide-out drip tray. Haven’t had the need to put in the dishwasher yet (or totally into the a water-filled sink) but glad to know this feature exists – kinda scares me like “no cooking spray” but I’m sure I’ll work up to it. The tilting feature, square-ish size for storage, nonstick surface, and submersible washing – I’m definitely sold on this griddle! I have to believe others will too!

This grill works great. It’s big enough so I don’t have to wait to cook my pancakes after everyone has already finished breakfast. I like the folding legs so it fits in my cabinet. This is an excellent griddle, which I highly recommend. I would make 3 design changes.1. The slide out tray slides out too easily. It have already fallen on the floor 3 times and broken. I have glued the plastic pieces back together. It needs a better slat that holds it like a desk drawer. 2. The temperature numbers should be reversed. If you look at the numbers from the front (as shown in the picture) they are upside down. They are in the right direction if you look from the back.3. I would have a latch to keep the legs in place (up or down) with storage for the power cord.

We absolutely love this griddle. Pancakes for 5 are pumped out faster than ever. They cook evenly and quickly. The drip collector is a great help. After a short cool off, it’s really an easy quick clean up and put it away. It was an impulse buy based on a friend purchasing two similar items intending on attempting Hibachi at home. I’m not sure I’d go chopping steak on the surface. I’d pre cut anything first, but I do highly recommend it…and for the price it’s a no brainer.
